I've been to many Bojangles but wanted to give this one a review for the excellent service making sure the customer was satisfied. I ordered a chicken meal and was told at the moment they only had legs and breasts. The woman at the drive thru apologized and offered a free side of Mac N Cheese. As we were about to drive up she said. I've got great news a fresh batch is coming out right now. This had to be the slowest service I have ever had. After we placed our order it was a good 15 minutes or longer before we got our food and then they didn't even get the order right. There is absolutely no since of urgency when a line of people are standing at the counter. The employees casually walk like there is no customers in the place. The sweet tea was out as well as some of the soft drinks. At least 6 employees working. There is absolutely no reason for the service to have been that slow. No line of cars in the drive Thur. Only 4 people in line and they only take 1 order at a time. A car sat at drive thru for no less than 10 minutes waiting for their order. And the cashier couldn't even get the prices on the items correct and she was looking at the computer screen. The banner clearly showed the item ordered was $7.49 but the cashier argued that it was over 8 dollars before tax. In closing I would not recommend people come to this place and I would recommend that they get new management a.s.a.p. not one employee over the age of maybe 21. read more

I don't often do a review for chains especially ones that have numerous locations like Bojangles, but I just want say how the service was really nice. I also never had Bojangles before but there are some noticable comparisons you can make with the food and other chains. The biscuits taste exactly like the ones you can get at Hardees/Carl's Jr. The chicken tastes exactly like Church's chicken. Stopped in while road tripping from Florida and didn't have high expectations. But for a fast food chain the bathroom and dining area were exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. Went through drive through Saturday and ordered simple 2 piece white meat. Realized a mile down the road they gave me dark meat. Went back since this is second time in a row I got wrong order. I don't usually go back but it was for someone else who I knew wouldn't eat dark meat. I nicely apologized (why should I apologize) and told them my order was wrong. The cashier was very nice but the girl who she asked to replace the order did get the new chicken but threw it on the counter and gave me a look to kill. I'll never go back there. This Hass to be the best Bojangles I ever visited from the moment I walked in until the moment I left food was excellent. It was a Sunday right at lunchtime. Everyone was well groomed, courteous, and I have to say that the managers were exceptional in this day and age, it is impossible to get this type of service, I thought until I visited this location I will go out of my way to visit their store. Who doesn't love good chicken? Well if you don't this is not your place. I'm more of a traditional southern fried chicken person, this place hits the spot. They have many different menu items that should satisfy most. They have a selection of salads, sandwiches, and chicken all with chicken in one form or another. The wife usually gets a salad and that always looks like a solid choice. I usually get the strips and you can't go wrong there. Their chicken comes out hot and fresh and with your choice of dipping sauce. The southern side wants cream gravy but I have to settle for something else. Your not here for chicken strips! Your here for chicken my friend and it is tasty. I got three thighs with mashed potatoes and gravy along with dirty rice. The chicken was juicy and crispy with a great flavor. I think the only thing that did not really do it for me was the dirty rice not really flavor filled at all. Very disappointed, usually bojangles is a favorite. Ordered a Cajun filet sandwich, got a chicken sandwich instead. Fries were way too salty, threw them away. Employees were complaining to each other and to customers about how hard they were working and who wasn't working hard. read more

We stop at Bojangles often. This is one of the best with very few issues, but we have had a few. Once a guy came in after us and ordered a huge to go box- well they put ALL their biscuits in his box right away- when my order was ready they were out of biscuits! Then they handed another customer order and simply gave her no biscuits when she looked in her box. Other than that one bad day they usually are pretty good. read more
