i work near this bojangles so myself and fellow coworkers frequent this establishment wether it be for breakfast or lunch. it seems to be a running theme that they forget sauces, extra seasoning on fries, utensils, etc. i would understand if it was a time or 2 here and there but it seems to be every single time myself or a coworker gets something to eat. i've never heard anything bad about the employees and i myself have never had a bad experience with the staff, but when it comes to the consistency of the order, there needs to be some serious retraining. read more

Typical "fast food" fried chicken chain. Dining room was clean, sweet tea brewed fresh, although unsweetened tea, which I prefer, always tastes old. Fries are steak fries-type cut. Always limp from sitting on the cafeteria style lineup and usually one fry has all the seasoning dumped on it. Not a fan, but unfortunately my guy grew up on it and loves a quarter white meal. Here's the deal with Bojangles: Go for breakfast, go for lunch, go for dinner, it never disappoints. There are staples you need to remember: 1) Spicy Chicken Biscuit. 'nuff said. This timeless classic is all you need to know when visiting the mecca for chicken in NC. 2) Sweet Tea. This comes in many sizes, specifically, 44 oz, half gallon and gallon, all of which are consumable in one sitting. Just know that yur kidney's will be in overdrive. There are lots more on the menu to order or try, however if you're losing your 'jangle ginity, go with what you know. 1 and 2. Having grown up in North Carolina Bojangles was a must stop Sunday mornings! Now living in Indiana I can only compare it to Popeye's. First, Bojangles is not fancy. You line up and wait to approach the cashier who still speaks into a mike and calls out your order. Breakfast is served ALL DAY LONG! What to order - the Cajun chicken biscuit!! Oh my gosh, so good. Don't forget your side of fries and large sweet tea. So what is so special about the biscuits, you have to taste to understand. The biscuits are a great size, at least 2 inches tall. The outside is buttery and has that slight crunch while the inside is fluffy and moist. It had been over a year since I had one of these lovely gifts so of course I devoured my sandwich in 2 minutes. The spice is not overwhelming - add some Texas Pete to kick it up a notch. Bojangles has their own seasoning for their french fries. You can buy it at the register and I did! The tea is sweet and oh so southern. You can't pass up a Bo-berry biscuit! Blueberry biscuits with icing, smack your momma good!! Another item you have to try is the cheddar-bo biscuit. I love me some BO. When we travel south we always make it an effort to stop. This particular location gave me some of the usual yumminess but I had to knock it down a star because of the layout of the building and the parking lot. It was TIGHT. We were in a van. A normal sized mini van and parking in the spots was so tight plus just to drive through the small parking lot was almost scary with people appearing that they were going to back into you and then once you park trying to shimmy out of your car. A lot of congestion with everyone shimmying out of their cars and driving through that lot. Then once inside it was more of the same except I was shimmying through a small, weaving line queue. I got to know the people in line pretty well because I was literally on top of them. I could smell their perfume and their breath not yet freshened with Bo. The service was efficient though, as usual. I got my chicken with dirty rice (SO good) and a sweet potato pie. The meal was lovely. Like any Bojangles, their biscuits are great. Their chicken on the other hand is sometimes deplorable. The few times I've ordered their chicken it was no more than overcooked bones. They have nice looking chicken because I've seen it in the glass case. I just never seem to get it. This Bojangles also charges extra for everything. I've even seem them try and charge an out of towner extra for the ice in their drink. They've been known to nearly completely skip on the fry seasoning to try and get you to pay extra for another dash.
