Only customer in the entire place. Open for 3 more hours. I order chicken and fries. Why do I need to pull forward and wait on someone to walk out with the food 10 minutes later? It's the only thing you sell? Why is it my responsibility to make your drive thru times look good? read more

The food was hot and fresh. Ordered my tiny a chicken leg kid's meal. The lady who took my order was sweet. No complaints.

They have the absolute best fried chicken biscuit, and my wife says that their ham biscuit is top-tier. There staff was very friendly and polite, they even had mr. pibb for my wife and cherrwine for me. read more

Bojangles - a sign for bojangles - Southern Near Me - Dunn, North Carolina

They have Great food and are always able to get my food fast. Service is for the most part good.

They have a greeter who is sweet and kind and full of southern charm who enforces the 5 person online at a time rule, but she (nor any other employee) do/say anything to patrons not wearing masks. Food was great. So much flavor at Bojangles! Fries are spicy (but not overwhelmingly) Chicken strips have a crispy, flavorful coating Biscuit: nice and large with a crisp exterior and fluffy interior Mac and cheese: mine was cold so it didn't taste great, I'm sure they're good when it's hot. Chicken sandwich: juicy and tender As a newbie (my first time indoors) I thought the menu was quite confusing and overwhelming- I couldn't find a crispy chicken sandwich on the menu but I'm pretty sure they serve it? Also, I saw them making cinnamon buns but I didn't see that on the menu either? I liked that the greeter came around to check on us at the table after we got our meal- coming from NYC that was a nice gesture. read more

i work near this bojangles so myself and fellow coworkers frequent this establishment wether it be for breakfast or lunch. it seems to be a running theme that they forget sauces, extra seasoning on fries, utensils, etc. i would understand if it was a time or 2 here and there but it seems to be every single time myself or a coworker gets something to eat. i've never heard anything bad about the employees and i myself have never had a bad experience with the staff, but when it comes to the consistency of the order, there needs to be some serious retraining. read more

We always order from here I believe they are only still open because of the money they make off items they never give you! EVERYTIME I order a chicken biscuit with cheese it NEVER has the cheese! Every review is about items missing if ur gonna charge $3 for cheese give it to us. Order door dash today and it was missing. It's on the receipt just not on the food. Really should consider new managers!!! read more

Once again I tried to give them another chance .This time I asked for an 8 piece box of chicken at 7.20pm they told me it will be 13 minutes.. i told them YOU SELL CHICKEN! WHAT THE HELL!. next time we will go to lillington bojangles.. NEVER AGAIN.. If you have to wait 13 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken at a chicken restaurant there is serious financial problems that they dont have 8 pieces of chicken ready! read more

This place should win an award for slowest and worst run fast food location in America. I've never waited less than 25 minutes regardless. Its the blind leading the blind in there read more

Typical "fast food" fried chicken chain. Dining room was clean, sweet tea brewed fresh, although unsweetened tea, which I prefer, always tastes old. Fries are steak fries-type cut. Always limp from sitting on the cafeteria style lineup and usually one fry has all the seasoning dumped on it. Not a fan, but unfortunately my guy grew up on it and loves a quarter white meal. So we hit it once every couple of months. I usually order the club sandwich without mayo. Most sides too salty. read more

Probably the worst Bojangles we've been to. ZERO seasoning on fries let alone them being uncooked, slow, bad parking lot, the sandwich felt like it had nothing to it. Should have went to any other food place off the I-95 exit read more

Here's the deal with Bojangles: Go for breakfast, go for lunch, go for dinner, it never disappoints. There are staples you need to remember: 1) Spicy Chicken Biscuit. 'nuff said. This timeless classic is all you need to know when visiting the mecca for chicken in NC. 2) Sweet Tea. This comes in many sizes, specifically, 44 oz, half gallon and gallon, all of which are consumable in one sitting. Just know that yur kidney's will be in overdrive. There are lots more on the menu to order or try, however if you're losing your 'jangle ginity, go with what you know. 1 and 2. For the more seasoned grease pit visitors, I recommend the country ham biscuit. Or for something sweet, go blueberry! read more

This shit is horrible. My honey mustard sauce is clumped up and I'm sure it's old. They gave me the wrong drink when I don't drink soda they gave me one anyway read more

The employees were extremely rude and seemed more like they just didn't want to be at work. Took forever to receive our food when they were not busy and then forgot a large portion of our order. would not recommend. read more

Having grown up in North Carolina Bojangles was a must stop Sunday mornings! Now living in Indiana I can only compare it to Popeye's. First, Bojangles is not fancy. You line up and wait to approach the cashier who still speaks into a mike and calls out your order. Breakfast is served ALL DAY LONG! What to order - the Cajun chicken biscuit!! Oh my gosh, so good. Don't forget your side of fries and large sweet tea. So what is so special about the biscuits, you have to taste to understand. The biscuits are a great size, at least 2 inches tall. The outside is buttery and has that slight crunch while the inside is fluffy and moist. It had been over a year since I had one of these lovely gifts so of course I devoured my sandwich in 2 minutes. The spice is not overwhelming - add some Texas Pete to kick it up a notch. Bojangles has their own seasoning for their french fries. You can buy it at the register and I did! The tea is sweet and oh so southern. You can't pass up a Bo-berry biscuit! Blueberry biscuits with icing, smack your momma good!! Another item you have to try is the cheddar-bo biscuit. It's just a piece of cheddar cheese melted in the biscuit but oh it is so good. Next time you are in NC stop and tempt your tummy! read more

Good fried chicken, tasty biscuits, and seasoned french fries. Fast and friendly staff. Had the chicken strips and they were not that dry. Must try when in the south. read more

If I could leave no stars, I f*cking would. This was the worst customer service I've ever witnessed & experienced. We came in with peace and left with a headache. The cashier got our order wrong and told my mom to go to the back of the line..... um excuse you. She really told my mom to go to the back of the line.... to fix her mistake. And in the end she still messed up our orders. We would never recommend anyone else eating here even if you were starving to death. They are unsanitary and disrespectful! read more

Bro. I just wanted a cheddar bo biscuit. I felt bald for coming in 30 minutes before closing but bro. They didn't even take my order, I stood there for 5 minutes. They were all just chilling in there. This sucks. Business hours say they close at 12 am. I wanted a cheddar bo biscuit ): read more

It's ok. Sausage and biscuit with gravy is good. Good is spicy. Service is fast, bathrooms clean and lounge clean as well. Chicken is spicy read more

Usually I like Bojangles food. However the employees were indifferent about working there and serving me. Few smiles, very mater of factly. My grilled chicken sandwich had way too much mayonnaise and the lettuce extended out each side. No pride in pulling together someone's order. I understand the pay may not bring in to best employees, but with the attitudes the pay is about right. read more

Wow! This restaurant was so busy today. But the service was awesome and the food was great. One of the best Bojangles that I have eaten.

This was the fastest Bojangles I've ever been to. I was EXTREMELY impressed. The majority of tables were full and they had a consistent line of people the entire time I was there. The group I was with got our food in less than a min. With 100% accuracy. 10/10 would return read more

Yuk. This place was filthy. The table was so sticky I could nt rest my arms. Chicken bites tasted like a combination of saw dust and dry chicken The biscuits were great...light and fresh and warm. read more

I love me some BO. When we travel south we always make it an effort to stop. This particular location gave me some of the usual yumminess but I had to knock it down a star because of the layout of the building and the parking lot. It was TIGHT. We were in a van. A normal sized mini van and parking in the spots was so tight plus just to drive through the small parking lot was almost scary with people appearing that they were going to back into you and then once you park trying to shimmy out of your car. A lot of congestion with everyone shimmying out of their cars and driving through that lot. Then once inside it was more of the same except I was shimmying through a small, weaving line queue. I got to know the people in line pretty well because I was literally on top of them. I could smell their perfume and their breath not yet freshened with Bo. The service was efficient though, as usual. I got my chicken with dirty rice (SO good) and a sweet potato pie. The meal was lovely. But I didn't really enjoy all of the shimmying to get it. read more

Stopped in on a road trip and enjoyed delicious food. We hadn't eaten at a Bojangles before but were pleasantly surprised. I like the supreme tenders. read more

First place I have ever had Bojangles coming from the north. The food was delicious and the woman taking my order was extremely friendly and it came out quickly. read more

Like any Bojangles, their biscuits are great. Their chicken on the other hand is sometimes deplorable. The few times I've ordered their chicken it was no more than overcooked bones. They have nice looking chicken because I've seen it in the glass case. I just never seem to get it. This Bojangles also charges extra for everything. I've even seem them try and charge an out of towner extra for the ice in their drink. They've been known to nearly completely skip on the fry seasoning to try and get you to pay extra for another dash. Also, If you order a chicken fillet sandwich be sure an emphasize "sandwich" or you'll get a biscuit. read more
