Once I got to the front and placed my order, I didn't even have time to put my straw in my drink before my food was ready. Employees were pleasant, food was good, service was fast despite the unavoidably disgusting number of people that are present at any given time at any airport at any time of day. Shout out to this location. They are doing a great job.

I was half way through eating when I had an AWFUL raw type taste in my mouth and had to spit it out. Shortly after I had the worst stomach ache and I hadn't eaten anything else that day so I knew it was the chick fil a, later that night I had really bad food poisoning and unfortunately threw up. The service wasn't that great and I hope even when they're busy they will atleast cook their food all the way through next time. I hope this dosent happen to anyone else just wanted to let everyone know.

The girls working there didn't help either as there were three of them on staff but more engulfed in their conversation about their latest tattoo than reducing the size of the line. Ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut and it was meh. Paid more to have fresh strawberries on it and soon found out that they put the strawberries in the middle of the cup of yogurt rather than on it-not a fan. That is just asking for a trip to my dentist right there, baby girls at Yovana, please let me decide if I want the strawberries in or on top of the yogurt.

Just tried it last week as I was killing time during my layover back to SFO and I was b-l-o-w-n a-w-a-y by how awesome the frozen yogurt was! I had a swirl of chocolate & macadamia nut, and seriously, it tasted like an all-night party in my mouth (don't be gross, I mean it in a heavenly way). Everything is made fresh daily, and was the creamiest, most flavorful, fresh frozen treat I've ever had. If you ever have to deal w/ a crappy layover @ CLT, do yourself a huge favor and make life go from arrrgh-to-amazing with a swirly-poo of Yovana. I struggled with - 1 star b/c the ladies serving were so friggin' slow (despite the line, mind you), but then again, it is the South, and me thinks they're on a different clock than the rest of us. They were very nice though!

I've been here a couple of times and they are always on the ball with all the chaos that comes along with a restaurant at an international airport. And I need to add that today, one of my servers, Meghan, was above and beyond. She got everything ordered and served efficiently. Giving subtle tips when needed and was personable to boot! In addition to that, I had the option to pick how I wanted it cooked - where I picked medium - and this was absolutely an incredible decision because this patty was so perfectly juicy without being too soft A lot of places will automatically cook your burger well-done for food safety reasons, but I'm really glad I was able to customize this to be medium - and this resulted in an unforgettable experience - especially when you think about how incredibly thick this was the bacon was also so good - it was incredibly crispy - and had deep flavor to it. I was quite impressed that the jalapeno bacon actually managed to have some spice to it. In addition, the pieces were large, and there were 6 of them in total, which meant each bite of the burger was given a beautiful-tasting crisp texture The fried egg added as a perfect topper to the patty - it was somewhat leaking, but combined so well with the rest of the burger to add just that additional soft egg-like flavor that I love. Giving props to myself on that fantastic addition even the lettuce and onions were really good in this burger! if all of this wasn't enough - it also came with a side of tater tots - and a lot of them While I wish these were warmer, and slightly more oily, I did absoutely love the crunch of the breading on these, along with the soft interior these tots were a great break from the traditional default fries that typically come with a burger i do wish they had their own dipping sauce rather than the default kraft mayo in a tube This meal was especially impressive because it didn't cost *that* much (about 20 dollars in total) but the portion size was quite massive The burger, and especially the meat, was pretty huge - big enough that I couldn't eat it with just one hand at the start I would have to say the entire meal lands over 2000 calories - which is quite impressive this meal was so good that even though i was in a pretty suboptimal eating environment (an airport lounge seat with no table) it was still incredible

The chicken sandwich was very good. I got it as part of a combo, with fries and soda. The waffle fries were hot and crispy, right out of the fryer. Maybe could have had a tad more salt, but that's a personal taste. We got the honey mustard and buffalo sauces. I recommend the buffalo and honey mustard dipping sauces. Overall, excellent quality.

Two of us were looking down to pay on the integrated terminal and missed the order number pop up. It displays the number for a few seconds. We then just had to check the completed order receipts to find the other completed orders. All of our orders were accurate and ready quickly. Overall, a nice McDonalds to stop at to use the restroom and get a meal.
