This is Bojangles' store #24 located in Boone, not far from the Appalachian State University campus. This is the dirtiest Bojangles' I've been in and it's not even close. The staff didn't seem to care. The dining room was a mess with all sorts of trash on the floor, several uncleaned tables, and a filthy self-serve tea counter. At least the food was good - it's the only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars. We got our orders to go. We ordered a 12-piece chicken and 6 biscuits box for $18.99. It was a good deal. We ordered all dark meat chicken and got 6 drumsticks and 6 thighs. They were crispy, crunchy, flavorful, and juicy. They really hit the spot. The biscuits were yummy as well. They were warm, soft, flaky, and buttery; just scrumptious all-around. We also got picnic-sized (largest size) orders of green beans and seasoned fries for $3.19 apiece. The green beans were alright. They could've used more flavor. The fries were terrific. I believe Bojangles' uses some sort of Cajun spice blend on their fries. We had to wait a while for the fries because a new batch had to be cooked fresh. Coincidentally, I ran into this exact same problem earlier in the day at another Bojangles'. (Yes, I had Bojangles' twice in one day.) One of my buddies got a 4-piece Chicken Supremes combo for $6.69. Chicken Supremes are basically boneless chicken tenders made with breast meat. The restaurant also offers "Homestyle Tenders." I'm not sure what the difference is. Aside from the gross dining room, service at the counter was fine. read more

I hate what they have done to the outside. The red brick was very attractive. Now it looks dull and grey like a dreary government license bureau. Big mistake. Don't fix what ain't broken. read more

Bojangles - Me and my husband Milton waited 30 minutes in line to have our order taken and the staff member was very rude. I will not be back! - Fast Food Near Me - Boone, North Carolina

I love this bojangles now that the new staff is in place! I used to avoid this place at all costs because the staff was so nonchalant and rude even sometimes. The food is amazing now too. Love it again. read more

The staff was very rude. I will not be coming back. The on duty manager really needs to take a refresher course on customer service

Fix your staffing. takes forever. Lady at front needs to fix the additude. This place need to be shut down. What a god awful place to get food read more

The manager at the drive-through was one of the most disrespectful I have ever met. I was getting annoyed with the AI because we had re-ordered. I said I didn't want anything else in the AI asked me if I wanted a strawberry drink if I wanted a coffee if I wanted a chicken sandwich if I wanted to round up if I wanted this if I wanted that, so I started saying no annoyed to the AI because I that they could hear me and the lady comes on and starts yelling at me about how I don't need to be their ear. There were five other people in the car I was not and when I talked to an employee, she has done this before and he knew exactly who I was talking about also they gave us the wrong stuff. They were out of stuff and they've served me raw biscuits like so raw that I could play with the dough like putty. They also on Apple Maps to have the wrong number linked to their business because they get so many complaints. what I assume. read more

The place just isn't up to par. Place is dirty as can be. Out of all the tables there was only one clean. It's obvious that the floor hasn't seen a mop in a long time. I don't understand why when a district manager comes to visit he or she doesn't have a fit. read more

This is the worst Bojangles you will ever come across. Not clean, staffing always an issue, and consistently disappointing biscuits

The food was good but there was some minor problem. The were out of a lot of things. The girl's bathroom smelt horrifi. Smelt so bad plus no toilet paper. But beside the bathroom it was over all good and busy. read more

I've been standing waiting on my food for 20 + minutes just for an employee to tell me it was going to take an additional 10+ minutes for my food , this is the most ridiculous fast food restaurant I've ever been too , they are out of ketchup, most all the sauces and yes even ice , theirs people still standing at the register after waiting for 20 minutes, this place need desperate help and a General Manager who knows how to run and manage this excuse of a Bo Jangles read more

Every time I get food from this Bojangles location there is something messed up with my order. I have even gotten the wrong sandwich wrapped in the correct paper before. Seems like the employees don't care about getting the order right, but just throwing stuff in the bag to keep the line rolling. I shouldn't have to check everything I got just to ensure I get the right food. read more

Ate here when I was in Nc and got the breakfast sausage egg biscuit and it was delicious! I've been craving it since I left back to Mn.

For a short time this location got better but now it's taking another turn for the worse. Slowest drive-through in town. I'm talking 20 minutes to serve 4 to 5 cars. I haven't seen the dining room open in months, which makes the drive-through line even longer. Maybe it would all be worth it if the food was really good but I've been to this location for the last time because they always burn the biscuits. Last two times it was inedible and went in the trash so I'm done here. Lower quality food, slower service, higher prices. Bad combination. read more

I know this is a fast food restaurant, but they have delicious fried chicken! There was three of us, and we ordered the 12 piece tailgater, which came with 3 sides, 6 huge yummy biscuits and a half gallon of sweet tea, for $21.79. We asked if we could trade out the tea for an extra side, and they said no problem, so we got pint size servings of mashed potatoes with a separate container of sausage gravy, red beans, collards, and mac and cheese. It was our first time there, so the manager brought over to our table 3 blueberry biscuit like desserts drizzled with sugar icing. Don't go by old reviews, this place was very clean, and the service was friendly and accommodating. We had plenty left over chicken for another meal, plus enough to make 3 huge fried chicken salad sandwiches for our trip back to Florida. Great tasting crispy juicy fried chicken! The best side was the mac and cheese. read more

This bojangles is pathetic. They are always out of the food I want and they are very short and disrespectful to you. Don't ever go to this Bojangles, unless you want to be disappointed and dissatisfied. Never spending my hard earned money here ever again in my life. read more

Yum. Just what we needed. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the entire building so we parked and went in. There wasn't a long line inside; most of the diners were already seated. We did still wait a little bit for our order, but it wasn't so bad. Two sausage biscuits. Delicious. Sweet tea and a side of seasoned fries to make it a combo. He had an OJ. Ordered a 2 piece chicken for later, since we were there. They accidentally gave us two Boberry biscuits, but I was okay with that. On our way. The fried chicken and Boberry biscuits were still great later! read more
