Quick take: Food was average at dinner, service was semi-friendly, place was kind of clean. Not rushing back for dinner but I love their breakfast and biscuits. Chicken tenders were a little dry. That seems to be the case with their tenders. The pintos and rice didn't have a lot of flavor, nor did the grilled chicken. Waited at the register for more than 30 minutes. There was another group that walked in and waited behind us. Yeah, it was lunch time... but they didn't acknowledge any of us at all. We saw at least 15 cars come in and go in the drive thru and leave with their food. And the rude employees just kept looking at us but never said a word. When we left, the group behind us also left, and that was at our 30 minute mark. The other group was there 27 or 28 minutes. On our way out, we met others coming in and we told them that this store doesn't have any respect for walk-in customers but only handles drive through people. This type of BS is why all drive-thrus should be shut down and banned. read more

Worst experience ever at Bojangles. (They are usually spot on 5 star) NOT TODAY.!! Employee could not get my order right after 3 times telling him. Still got a Diet Pepsi when I ordered Dr Pepper and to top it off they double charged my debit card.!!! read more

Bad service, stood in line ( only customer there at the time) for 10 minutes before someone walked over to take our order( they knew we walked in too) was waiting on drive thru ( 3) people working it and no one working frontline. Food okay, water on floor where someone could fall in line on the tile floor, reported to manager , but they waited 10 more minutes before cleaning it up, tea containers empty out front, tea tasted sour from the back , reported it but they said I was the first to complain about it but no one else in lobby? Rating really falls between 2 and 3 stars purely based on service and customer interaction skills... Food was good but the order taker must have taken way too many rude pills that afternoon. Food was spot on, none of it, chicken, fries etc... was greasy. However the order taker sure could use a class or two on cultural and medical needs sensitivity training. Only saving grace was that the manager got wind of the issue and came out to the dinning room to try and mitigate the issue. Good leadership and it gives me hope. I was on my way to work and decided to go to Bojangles which was a little out of my way. I knew they were fast so what's the loss right? WRONG. I ordered the delicious Cajun chicken biscuit combo with bo rounds and a sweet tea, my go-to. I read the screen. It was correct so I pulled around to pay. The window attendant didn't tell me how much my food was but I knew anyway, $5.77. So I didn't think anything of it. She swiped my card, handed me my food, card and receipt at the same time and instructed me to have a nice day. I drove away, anxiously anticipating the goodness that would be bestowed upon my tastebuds when I got to work and took a bite of my biscuit. When I arrived at work, I realized I forgot my drink! That sorry window attendant didn't give me a drink and I was stupid enough to forget about it. Bummer... "Just cut your losses and enjoy the biscuit," I told myself. I had a yeti rambler of ice water anyway. I got to my desk and opened up the bag. To my dismay, I didn't have a chicken biscuit. I didn't even have bo rounds. What was in the bag? The king of bland breakfast, two small biscuits with two even smaller, hard, dry sausage patties. If you're going to serve breakfast, you are often the first person an individual interacts with in the morning. You have the ability to make or break their day. 3d trip....after a day at the lake, wanted something besides junk food but was still in my lake clothes and my hair was still wet after an hour's drive. Love that I can get breakfast anytime so I had a steak biscuit with Borounds and am STUFFED! The biscuit was a little dry and crumbly but they cooked my steak fresh and the rounds were PERFECT! I can only go one star. Could not even get my order. Lady at the register made a mistake and was almost begging for help and no one would respond. I had already waited for the customer ahead of me to order and change his mind several times which was frustrating anyhow. They have two registers. They need to learn how to use them when there is someone waiting. read more

Tried the newly opened Bojangles today. Granted it is NEW, opened just this week so I'd expect a certain lack of training or understanding from the staff. I used the drive through, wanted to compare their fried chicken to Popeyes just down the road. But the drive through clerk got confused when I inquired about their chicken Snack and somehow I ended up ordering what I thought was chicken which I'd asked about, but actually got chicken strips...not exactly the same thing at all. The strips were very standard fare, remarkable only in that they were spicy. If they have a mild option it wasn't mentioned. The biscuit was hot and very good but it was the highlight of the meal. Best in Decatur ... Never had anything greasy from Bojangles ... Have tried all of their breakfast items and most of other menu items. Order is ready after paying by the time you get to the other end of the counter (and they only work one cash register!)... Have never had to want 5-15 minutes like some other FAST FOOD restaurants. We LOVE BOJANGLES! All Bojangles that we have ate at has been extremely clean and all personnel has been very courteous. read more
