Go in to buy a large order, they didn't give all the food through drive thru- call them to resolve issue, lady who says she's the manager is rude and hangs up on me. Customer service stinks and should be addressed. Manager on duty wouldn't give her name but it was 8/21/25 at 6:30 am. Get another job, try somewhere you can be alone. read more

I've been here multiple times and this was the worst yet, So bojangles closes at 10:00PM. I'm a late eater so I came at 9:40 in the drive-thru. I ordered 2 bo chicken sandwiches for me and my significant other and they both came without mayonnaise. We realized this as we just arrived to our house. I was disappointed because of this and the fact that the buns were barely toasted and the chicken was cold and dry. One of the chicken sandwiches came with the smallest chicken breast, it felt like I was eating a chicken tender. The Brief: Good service, quick food. Biscuits are great especially for fast food. Chicken was crispy, coleslaw was delicious and Bo-taters are always great. The Long: Bojangles definitely rivals KFC. Plus they have breakfast all day. Who is not a fan of Biscuits and gravy. The place was clean and well stocked. Not many people there. We went through the drive through and ordered a tailgate meal for the family. The order had to be repeated 3 times, no special instructions. This was at 8:12p at 8:30p when our food came out they did not bring the drinks and were missing two of the sides. None of the workers could be bothered to correct the issue when we went in to retrieve missing items. I love the food, but if they want to keep being a favored restaurant in town they will need to get more experienced employees. read more

Our recent visit to Bojanles was terrible. The order was simple, two orders of gravy and biscuit with two sides of bacon. The order was for myself and a coworker. When we got to work we found that we had paid $2.38 for two slice of bacon. One slice on top of each order of gravy and biscuit. One slice each!!! And it was burnt! The gravy was terrible as well. We called the store and asked for the manager who said his name was Eric. We let him know we were unhappy about paying $2.38 for 2 slices of bacon, to which he said he would make it right when we came back. We went back and they refused to give us more bacon and said there was nobody by the name of Eric working there. It was a waste of time and a waste of gas because someone lied to us. Lately, we have noticed that the service and food at this location has been less than favorable and we realize the hard time employers are having getting good employees right now. But today's service was totally unacceptable. Not to mention our food was cold by the time we got back to work with it. We give negative 5 stars for this visit!!! As a frequent breakfast customer , Bojangles biscuits are genuinely top tier and about untouchable when it comes to taste and quality. However when a business that specializes in making some of the most delicious breakfast items decides to make a poor immoral business decision , it tends to greatly overshadow the quality of the business it's self. Recently , current management decided to kick out a homeless man for falling asleep within the dining area. I can understand loitering policies & having to kindly ask someone to leave due to loitering however the situation wasn't necessarily handled in the most appropriate manner. The Manager during that shift decided to call police in order to escort this man out the restaurant then along with the bojangles staff decided it was ok to mock him and boast about their decision to do so. Having to ask the man to politely leave because of loitering is one thing .. but to be in-compassionate , you probably deserve all the public scrutiny that'll come your way. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT??? Stopped in two nights ago and the whole experience was a nightmare... first of all the chicken was hours old... half the breading has fallen off and the exposed parts were very dry and off color. Only one lady working the counter and drive thru. Four other ladies were in the sitting area playing with their cell phones and having a jolly time. In the mean time, the floors and tables were dirty. I am sure Bojangles has time limits on all the chicken products... it should have all been thrown away and fresh product prepared. When I asked the girl about the chicken ... she told me they had to finish what was on display before preparing more... the biscuits were hard and inedible. This was the first time my wife and I ever had an issue with Bojangles. In all fairness it was 9pm. I hope the management sees this post and tries to remedy the problems, or all their hard earned loyalty from the customers will evaporate. read more

So apparently a new manager has taken over this establishment and I'm disappointed. My husband went to get our family a 12 piece family meal original style. When he got there, he was informed, by the new manager, that they only have spicy because she ordered too much spicy and not enough original. I despise spicy chicken, as does my husband. Every time I visit this place it is a disappointment. I keep thinking maybe "this time" it will be better. But each time it seems to only get worse. Employees seem untrained with a "deer in the headlight" appearance. They seem to not care if your order is right, how long it takes to get it together, or appreciate the fact that if you order and pay for something you expect that it is at the very least, accurate. They do not seem to care about any of those aspects. You wait.........and wait....and wait.... to finally receive an order that no doubt was very challenging an egg biscuit!! To arrive home and discover there is no egg in the biscuit, yet you paid for an egg biscuit. HOW HARD IS THAT? You can only allow a business so many chances until you eventually have to just write if off. I am declaring Bojangles a write off. They are not worth another chance as I have given them 3 years off and on the chance to do better, they continue to disappoint. You complain at the corporate level, they don't care either.
