To any Yankees like me that are visiting the South, this restaurant chain may be unfamiliar. But I'm here to tell ya that when you are hungry for delicious biscuits and chicken- you should head over to Bojangles!! They have lots of biscuit breakfast sandwiches like; Steak biscuits, or spicy chicken biscuits, or sausage, egg and cheese biscuits ... you get the drift They have meals also, like; chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and offer different sides like macaroni and cheese or rice. Every time we go down south we always try to stop at Bojangles. It's different from what we have up home and we like trying new and different places. Listen! Moving to Texas almost two years ago, I had no idea how much I'd miss about Georgia. I went home for a brief visit and my first stop in my hometown, Augusta, GA was Bojangles (this is not that location but I'll get to that later) to get a wing dinner. It did not disappoint. And that friggin biscuit. It felt good to be home. So without any deep thought I knew on my drive back to Texas, there was no way I was leaving Georgia without my favorite Bojangles breakfast order (it explains this location) of a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with no rounds. I'm only one person with one mouth but I swear I almost ordered sausage gravy biscuits to go too and put them in my cooler in the trunk (full of other things I can't get in Texas like baby Turkey Wings and good red velvet cake) but I digress. Anyway, the biscuit nor the bo rounds disappointed me. The buttery softness of that biscuit and perfectly cooked sausage & egg, it makes me mad that I can't get one in the morning. The service was quick and without error. Employees were super polite. No ambiance to rate because I hit the drive thru because I had too many miles to cover. From the outside though, the ambiance was a well lit Bojangles. Even though Bojangles is making its way to Texas, those of us familiar with the menu are disappointed. This Bojo is super hit or miss. Breakfast is always consistent but lunch and dinner is all over the place at dinner time your order will always likely be wrong and is either really good chicken or bad chicken. Never have I had dirty rice from here taste the same twice. read more

Yes, I enjoy all things Bojangles, but I would rather their Pimento Cheese Biscuit be short lived. It's simply no good. The Cheese is bland and lacks the traditional Onion, Garlic and Hot sauce flavors familiar to the Southern palate. read more

My first time visiting here from traveling. I was super excited to enjoy a cajun filet biscuit and the awesome sweet tea! I started to order my food and there was a pause on the drive thru speaker side so, I said hellooo and the lady had the nerve to say "DIDNT I SAY HOLD ON" I was so shocked so I reported this to the manager Antwon and he didn't seem to care. We were on the ay home and realized this was one of the last jangles we would pass, so the hubby and i pulled off for gas and hit up the Bojangles for a snack! The chicken tenders were pretty good!! But as far as the customer service goes y'all need to fire everyone and hire different staff. me and my family ate here expecting good service. They rung our food up wrong after we got our food we realized we was missing things. The rude lady reprinted the ticket showed it to us and said it's not on your ticket you don't get it. Hands down best restaurant I've ever been to. The chicken is like a heavenly chorus flawlessly resonating on my taste buds. The buttermilk biscuits melted in my mouth like smooth, silky chocolate. Loved Bojangles before BUT it is much worse than it was 2 years ago. Staff was not friendly, had to wait behind around 10 patrons to be served, parking lot is so badly engineered that people using the handicapped spaces (like myself) and anyone parking against the building were blocked in by those using the drive-thru. This mornings visit wasn't all that great. Service was fast so kudos for that! My food could have been better though. My biscuit was just warm and the Chicken was not as crispy as it usually is. The only problem I have with this location is the drive thru wait. In the morning when there are fifty cars in line, it does not seem to take long at all. But during the slower times of the day it's like the staff takes a break. The last time I went I sat in line for almost 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me.
