Anyways, I needed to give Bo's another go, since my first and only experience was their Charlotte airport (CLT) location, and we all know we can't judge an establishment based on the substandard airport locations. I got the two piece meal (thigh and drumstick) with coleslaw, dirty rice and a biscuit. We also ordered the blackberry cobbler. I thought everything was good! The chicken was crispy and juicy. My only complaint would be the thigh had a lot of batter and not that much meat. The coleslaw was crisp and creamy and the dirty rice was fluffy and savory. I'd pass on the cobbler next time. Do not expect your order to be correct if you attend this restaurant. This is the first Bojangles I've been to that will even forget the unwanted biscuit they always force you to get. Every time I have gone here I have to mentally prepare to deal with incompetence. It feels like the staff here are using 30% of their cognitive abilities. NEVER order DoorDash from here or that percent will go down to 5%. They will fully not care at all if your order is even near correct. They recently renovated and when we gave the Bojangles another shot, we spent several minutes at the window waiting because their drive through window was broken and none of the employees could open it. Then, once they finally did they said they did not have any food at all. We are used to them always telling us they are out of SOMETHING every single time, but saying that they had no food......why is this place even open? Why did they even take the time to renovate this business that should just be shut down? All of the employees are very rude, they are very slow and lazy, and they don't know how to double check an order for accuracy. The drinks always tasted questionable, and were always watered down. The chicken had no consistency, it would be a different shape, taste, and temperature every time we came here. Tile floor at front counter was very dirty. Not a great first impression. Waited about 4 minutes to order, but there was no one on line. Counter person did not greet us, or ask "what do you want", just stood at the register and looked at us. The AI drive thru assistant was blaring and was actually kinda funny. Food took about 10 minutes to make. Seemed like a long time for 2 chicken biscuits and nuggets. They were out of large French fry containers, so they gave us 3 smalls instead. Net win for us, except that the fries were soggy and cold. Probably won't go to this bojangles again. Picked up my lunch today at the drive through. Easy to order, the young man working the speaker was clear and intelligible. The queue moved quickly enough. At the window, the man who handed me my food was masked and gloved. Unpacking my lunch (a two piece dinner with cole slaw), it was still hot in the box and packed properly. Maybe it could have been spicier and I'll need to request a packet of hot sauce the next time. Fried chicken isn't perfectly keto but it's close with the amount of fat helping my macros. The parking lot is interesting. One entrance for dining room and one for drive thru but there is clear signage on where to go. Service is slow but the food is hot and good. It is hard for me to not like a Bojangles because the quality of the food is almost always great and this time was no different. Other than the weird parking lot definitely a good spot to go to. At 9am last Thursday, most of the tables had smears of something sticky on them. Whoever cleaned them had something sticky on the rag, but didn't have a bucket to rinse the rag, so they just got the sticky stuff on all the tables. Got some on my hand, went to the men's room to wash up, and there's no soap! No soap in the washroom of a restaurant is an automatic one star. Add in the sticky tables, zero stars. This was at 9am!! Food is OK but they still can not get an order right. Bojangles has good Chicken Biscuits and Coffee but for some reason, can not get a drive through order right. For a time I stopped even bothering with this location in hopes that they would improve. Last week I tried them again. Guess what. Could not get the order right again. Good product but again, you do like to get what you order. If you are pickey enough to expect to get what you order, then you are taking you chances. Worst Bojangles I've ever been to and my first time since moving to LKN. The ordering system is automated which really pisses me off if you have any special requests so I zipped around as I was the only car in line at 5:00 (not surprised at all). So I got there in time to specifically ask for hot chicken, they had already started boxing it and assured me that it was hot as I saw them digging it out of the bottom. I got an 8 piece box ($33.00) got it home and sure enough it wasn't even warm much less hot. I asked for rice and beans and got beans only. The chicken was dried out and nasty. Sides we okay although they were wrong. The brunette couldn't have possibly cared less. Treat everyone the same, they didn't know it was my first time there but they will know it will be my last and I just moved here. We eat at Bojangles 3-4 times a month. They are losing approximately $1200-$1400 a year. Never be back, awful, just awful. read more

Hi,  I was burnt on my right hand at Bojangles in Cornelius NC, by a broken table that wasn't removed from the floor, and it wasn't connected to the stand that it was on sitting on 03/27/2024, the table turned over and my hot coffee turned over on my hand with it . I am a diabetic, and very concern about this burn. , I reportedI this to the manager, and the general manager (dwight davis) in which he did not take accountability or responsibility , his response was he is a diabetic too. He did not offer an apology. I had to demand for him to write an incident report.. He didn't have the professional proper form . I am holding bojangle totally responsible for the burn on my hand, due to negligence and an unsafe environment.. no one from the store has call to checked on me yet. Bojangles', thankfully, is very consistent, no matter which one you go to. I stopped in here on a early Monday morning (6 AM) & was surprised there wasn't any "commuter traffic" here. I got my usual steak biscuit combo (with bo rounds & sweet tea). The employee over the drive-thru speaker was friendly. The biscuit & steak were cooked perfectly & wasn't burnt. Along with the order was a side of cold dirty rice and lukewarm fries. The only thing not subpair were the biscuits and sweet tea. For $33.00, the food was horrific. Absolutely, the WORST!!! I tried twice this week to get a meal. Both times, left WITHOUT a meal because the wait time was absolutely ridiculous!!!! When I got home I saw my biscuit had two bites taken out of it *ew, but lmao* I called the store and talked to the manager to try and explain the situation, I was not mad or rude I just was trying to inform the manager so they could ensure this didn't happen again. My youngest loves Bojangles. She was pretty happy with her food this evening, probably because she was hungry. The fries were hot and well seasoned, as always. The biscuit was luke warm. Had we stayed to eat in, I would have returned it. The biscuits are fabulous when they are hot but lukewarm not a chance. However, she was not phased by it so I am giving the restaurant 4 stars for fast, friendly service and making my child happy. read more
