The associates were very friendly and helpful so I made the purchase and had delivery set up. The grill came today and I immediately fired it up. To my surprise, it didn't work and gave an error code. I called Ace and they said there was nothing they could do for me and to call Traeger. Traeger went through some troubleshooting which did not fix the grill so they are sending a part for me to fix. So I spent $2000 on a grill that doesn't work and now have to fix myself. Why Ace didn't check the operation of the grill after assembly and before delivery is a mystery. Furthermore, why can't they swap out the defective merchandise for a functioning grill. Not happy with this purchase and customer service.

This place is a Milwaukee Tool authorized repair service center. I took my 10 month old drill in to…read morehave them fix it. They told me it would take 5 days. Three weeks later, they finally have it "ready" for me. The fixed it half assed. Left two screws out of the drill and in the case. I put them back in myself. Drill had multiple problems, they fixed one, and didn't test it for more apparently. I left with it, thinking it was fixed. Two days later, I took it back again, they said it would be another week, so at their suggesttion, I took the drill with me and was told I would be called when the part arrived. Three weeks goes by, and I called them to see if the part had arrived. The guy, Larry, tells me that for some reason, Milwaukee "didn't get the order". So then he says he re-ordered it. An hour later he calls me back. He says the part is unavailable and he can't fix my drill. That's when I let let Larry know how I felt about his business. So, after being dicked around by these guys for almost a month and a half, I send the drill to Milwaukee in Anaheim. They have it back to me in less than two weeks, working perfectly, and they paid the shipping both ways. SCREW KC SUPPLY!!! They're rude, incompetent, lying a-holes. I would never spend one penny in there, ever.
