Ed has done countless of jobs for me. Heating issues with the boiler, cooling issues with the A/C, backyard plumbing, toilets that decide to stop flushing - the list goes on. He successfully completes the task at hand, and then goes above and beyond to make sure things are left better than they were before they were working. And his prices are more than reasonable. At the end of the day he's a guy that cares, prices are fair and he's also technically proficient. Tough to find these days. Finally found a plumber I can trust.

After requesting quotes on Yelp, I got a slew of phone calls from different companies asking if I wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. At 8pm, Nick called and instead of pitching himself to do the repair, he gave us some suggestions as to what the problem could be and how to fix it. Following Nick's suggestion, we made a quick trip to Home Depot, bought the $40 piece, replaced the broken piece. The fix took less than ten minutes and just as Nick had said, the furnace was working again! Never, in my 29 years of home ownership, has a service person ever turned down an opportunity for a job that probably would've cost several hundred dollars (not including the initial diagnostic fee)!! Nick showed himself to be a stand-up guy who wasn't just looking to make a buck off me. And if in the future, I have any other HVAC needs, Nick will be the first person I call. Their guy Tim showed up on time at 2. He took a look at the leaking pipe and the heater. His estimate for the pipe was $350, while other people range from $100 to $175. So I said I would call him back. Then this guy suddenly asked for service charge of $89. I had talked to the office in the morning and was clearly told the estimate is free. I explained that to Tim, and offered him $20 for the visit, but he insisted on the $89. I rejected, then he repeated "you shouldn't treat people like this" with angry, threatening face. All he did was look at the pipe and heater for 5 minutes. I called the office while he was still here, but he left before I was connected to somebody. The lady who answered apologized and confirmed that the estimate is free, and she would tell her boss. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

He recommended we replace our handler and condenser with a larger unit to compensate for the extra room, plus our equipment was nearing the end of it's life cycle age wise. It just constantly felt like it was running to make the house cold. He also added a supply and return in the small addition. We had the system put in during October 2022. Joe and his team are always extremely knowledgeable and a really nice group of people. Joe has an after hours messaging center which is 24 hours, and his team is always well equipped. Joe himself even came out a couple of times to help us with things. We are very pleased with the work and promptness that Joe and his team provide.
