I ordered the Flyer Patty Melt and well done and upgraded to a side of Chili Cheese Tots. The Flyer Patty Melt was very good. A true patty melt burger on rye bread with Swiss cheese, sautéed red onions and a light sauce similar to thousand islands salad dressing. The rye bread was grilled nicely, and the burger fried well done as requested. It was a very good patty melt burger and is a generous portion. The upgrade of the Chili Cheese Tots, was loaded with cheese and chili. It's a meal in itself truthfully. The chili wasn't evident upon first looks, but it is underneath the cheese. Hank's did a good job of layering the chili and cheese on these tater tots. It is messy, and will require utensils but the tater tots were really good. Overall, I give Hank's Local 4.5 - 5 stars. Food was packed very carefully and Hank's included plastic utensils and ample napkins. I highly recommend and would love to try some of their other food.

I called Bricks and was told a normal serving is 6.5 ounces. At which point they said they were sorry and if I drove back they would make me another serving. My question to anyone who reads this...is this acceptable? They either screwed up or at worst they committed fraud but shorting my order. I appreciate them saying they would make another order, but to retrieve the order I have to waste more of my time, waste more of my gas, and God forbid if they did something to my order as retribution. Just saying gang, pay attention to your food and beverage orders, verify your bill and make sure you're getting what you pay for. Do better The Bricks Tap & Tavern...DO BETTER! I'm so disappointed with Bricks right now.
