We were looking for a convenient and not too chaotic place for Easter brunch and this hit the spot…read more Located near Burien's main drag in their "Olde Town." You will need to find street parking but it's not too difficult. The name gives you the clue - it's "classic" in a retro, elevated biker bar way (there is a bar in the front and there was a biker out front as well so I'm sticking with this description). On the walls are "classics" like Harley Davidson and Elvis Presley. Among the other things that we did not know (which was everything) - it's New Orleans Cajun-based food. There are some non-New Orleans Cajun items on the menu - traditional breakfast French Toast and such - however, many of the items, from the omelets to the chicken ARE with a very tasty and not-too-spicy Cajun flavor or sauce. My husband had the omelet that featured andouille sausage and was very glad he did. I tried the Cajun chicken tenders (?) that came LOADED, on top of delicious homestyle biscuits, and next to a pile of cheesy potatoes. Service was perfect. Very friendly from walking in the door to walking out the door. Very diverse clientele so you can rest assured you will like it here. Could not have had a better Easter brunch experience unless the Easter Bunny itself was there.

Food: eggs were perfectly cooked and hashbrowns were good. Unfortunately, the bacon, biscuits,…read morebreakfast potatoes, and gravy were all garbage. If I want a Pillsbury biscuit, I'll go to the grocery store. Service: despite being super busy, service was fast and friendly. Ambiance: blasting music and loud customers--ugh . . . I'm glad we did t go out of our way to eat here.

I been dropping in and out of this nice little kept secret for not kidding..... 25 years now!…read more It's a great little smokehouse secret! Something for everyone here! Was bar top this visit passing through town through business this week. Chris was my main server today. What a gentlemen! And so accommodating to me! I had the Pork chop tonight without dissatisfaction! With the well thought out mash potatoes, and beans! It was hardy! And filling! There is so many special other things that you can order here on the smoke side meat side! After dinner engaged with Melissa and Desiree. They are all engaging and a fun quick chat! For me really nothing not to like about this well long established place! Always consistent place. Job well done at Sharps!

We were pleasantly greeted and escorted to a table. The hostess started to seat us in an area that the tables are placed very close together and next to a table full of adult diners. We had our grandchildren with us and I could see that wouldn't work so I asked to be placed at a booth which wouldn't be so intrusive to other diners and she was able to accommodate us. There is no denying that tables are placed very close together here. Our waiter was very professional and the staff worked as a team. The food here is very good and the servings are large. With that said I gave it a much better review this time. I just can't give it a 5 because of the seating. I would recommend trying it. If you don't mind dining in tight quarters this a great place for good food.

There's plenty of visitors parking. When you enter the building, follow the smell of the delicious pastries. JK, go downstairs, it's located at the bottom of the stairs to the right. There's two big cases, filled with pastries. The lady there was so nice, she let me know that she will be bringing out more goodies that's made by the culinary students. The price is really reasonable, pastries, pieces of cake ranges from $1.50 to $2.75. Can you believe it? A whole cake was $15. I got the ham and cheese croissant, turkey and cheese croissant, almond croissant, cinnamon rolls and a chick Caesar salad for lunch. The total was like $15. Super reasonable and delicious. Go check it out if you're in the area. They accept credit cards. Great customer service, great good, great price, what are you waiting for?

Good day, Yelpies,…read more There's something quietly remarkable about a restaurant that survives not just decades, but generations of changing tastes--and still manages to feel relevant. This establishment, which first opened its doors in Seattle in 1967 before relocating to Sea-Tac in 1976 under the guidance of the original owner's wife, carries with it more than just longevity--it carries legacy. Its name traces back to Lima, Peru, inspired by Las Trece Monedas--a folkloric tale of a humble young man who, armed with only thirteen coins, pledged unwavering love and devotion to win the heart of a wealthy man's daughter. It's a fitting origin story for a restaurant rooted in perseverance, passion, and heartfelt hospitality. Half a century later, those same values echo through every plate and every interaction. The menu delivers consistently satisfying fare, and the service operates with a rhythm that only comes from years of refinement. But perhaps most impressive is the sheer ambition of it all--executing quality food around the clock, 24 hours a day, is no small feat. It's the kind of operational endurance that deserves recognition on its own. Whether you arrive for breakfast at dawn, a late-night dinner, or anything in between, this is a place that meets you where you are--and feeds you well when you get there. Cheers --The Dutchman

Here's the cute and dried version of this place. The interior and exterior has seen better days,…read morelong, long ago. I mean long ago. The place really needs an overhaul and honestly I think the bathroom is in violation of major health codes. The decor is a mix mash of a variety of things, there's no rhyme or reason to it but I think it's actually ok. There's a few tv's that you can watch which I was thankful for as the Seahawks game was on. We were told to sit wherever we wanted and did just that. We were brought coffee and experienced refills during the entire meal. The waiter came to take our order and was prompt about that also. We didn't wait very long for our order. I had eggs benedict and hash browns, my husband had pancakes and hash browns. I asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy and they were just that. The eggs benedict sauce was good but needed a bit more flavor, the eggs were cooked perfectly. The portion was great. My husband, who loves pancakes said they were really good and the portion was also big. I ended taking leftovers because my portion was so big. We experience a long wait to getting a box and our check for the meal. I don't know why but it was a big irritating. The people working were very friendly. So here's the thing, this place is rundown, bigtime, it's been in place for a long time and I believe switched owners. It appears that no one has updated this place and I think that people might be more apt to come in if repairs and improvements were made. Would I go out of my way to come back, no, but if I was in the area, I would stop in and eat again. You just have to know what to experience when you come in. I gave this a 4 star simply because the food was good, it was deserving.
