Was given a order for an xray, went to an advent health ER, and left within 5 minutes because I just needed an xray, and they were going to have a doctor see me. I was charged for a physician I never saw at the ER (Third party contract) Orlando Health has been amazing to both my husband and I. So happy I made the switch.

We live 25 miles away and went to his 1st appointment this morning. The receptionist said she needed to check his insurance. 20 minutes later she called him up front and said they don't take his insurance! She said the manager had made a mistake. I can't imagine how this place is run if the manager doesn't even know about insurance. Uh...I was in my home cleaning my house when you burst in, I'm fairly certain YOU just broke the law coming in my home uninvited and once again, I took another drug test for the state to show you idiots I'm on PRESCRIBED legal medication. You publicized a struggle I had with alcohol 9 MONTHS AGO, is that not a HIPAA violation? I know you don't think us drug addicts know those big words and all, you having gone to nursing school and knowing so much, but you can buy those degrees online, I suggest we check out your nursing staff and give you a few drug tests.
