Was given a order for an xray, went to an advent health ER, and left within 5 minutes because I just needed an xray, and they were going to have a doctor see me. And after 10 years of loyalty (and thousands of dollars), I was charged a no-show fee when I missed an appointment due to a death in the family. I asked for understanding, but was told by the office manager that because I had three prior missed visits in the past 10 years, they had to charge me. Really? First visit, filled application talked to doctor. 2nd visit took blood 3rd he read my results Nothing more, i could of tested my own blood and read my own results. As previously mentioned that I have insurance and pay out of pocket weekly for my plan. The doctor didn't touch my body. I was charged for additional because the doctor prescribed me refills to my medication. If you're a patient, i highly suggest following up with your insurance to check to see how this office bills you as they are for profit vs health. I won't ever return.
