It took 6 months to get in for my first appointment, but it was worth it because now I'm an established patient and can get in whenever I need. My suggestion? Make the appointment even if you think it's too far out. You can always cancel if you find another PCP that can see a new patient sooner, but establishing yourself as a patient is key. The office is located near the Target shopping plaza just outside of Baldwin Park in an office building. It is pretty basic, but clean and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. A nurse brought me back to take my weight and medical history. He wasn't the friendliest and I heard him tell several patients he was tired (when they asked "Hi! how are you?" I can definitely understand being at work when you're not feeling up to it, but it made me a bit worried he was tired because he was sick and being in a doctor's office already has me worried I'm going to catch something... Anyway, Dr. Maharaj came in and was a pleasure to speak to. She was clearly very knowledgeable, and spent time asking me questions and running a quick physical exam. Overall, I had a great experience and though I hope I won't be there often, I feel I'll be in good hands when I need it. I get my annual physical and well woman exam as well as manipulation because Dr. Maharaj is also an osteopath. It's amazing how she can feel her way around and can tell where your body is off alignment. I always feel amazing after a tune up! I also love that this is a small business. It's private practice, not a big hospital. I feel genuinely cared for by Dr. Maharaj and her entire staff. She even had her son intern one summer and he was so professional and attentive. Almost forgot to mention, she also administers botox, fillers and other beauty procedures. I've never gotten it before and I won't go anywhere else because Dr. Maharaj is an artist with these shots because she makes them look so natural and not overdone. I also love the fact that an MD is injecting them vs a esthetician at some beauty bars.

They go through the procedure you are going through, along with a paper that will explain it more. The nurses are always my favorite part about coming here. ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME I HAD YET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I left. Very angry. I have a job and a life. This is not the first time this has happened. I've also had to sit for an hour when I was the FIRST appointment. If you have anything else to do with your life aside from sitting waiting on a doctor then find a different practice. Instead, we were informed by the office manager that the appointment had never been confirmed on their end and that my father was being discharged from the practice due to an alleged no-show on 6/9 and rescheduled appointments on 6/26 and 6/30. To clarify: - My father never had an appointment on 6/9. Neither he nor I scheduled one, nor were we ever informed of one. - On 5/30, he was hospitalized at AdventHealth East Orlando and was later transferred to PAM Rehab Hospital in Winter Garden, where he remained through 6/13. He was physically unable to attend, or even be aware of any appointment during that time. - It turns out the 6/9 appointment was made by AdventHealth during his hospital stay without our knowledge or consent. - I called the office on 6/26 and 6/30 to reschedule due to my father's recent hemorrhagic stroke, which has left him with significant daily challenges. At no point was I told of a rescheduling or cancellation policy, nor was I warned that his status as a patient was at risk. I was simply given a new appointment for 7/2. To then arrive and be told that his appointment was unconfirmed and that he had been discharged, with no prior notice was shocking and deeply frustrating. The communication breakdown was unacceptable. I strongly advise against seeking care from this office, especially if you or your loved one is living with a disability. Managing a disability is hard enough without the added stress of poor communication, indifference, and a lack of compassion from a healthcare provider and their staff.

Plenty of parking out front with accessible spaces near the entrance and an accessible entrance. Regardless of who you were seeing you stop at the main desk downstairs to check in. There is almost always multiple people here and they're very fast and efficient. My doctor is on the second floor and you have a choice between the elevator or the staircase. These days I opt for the staircase because my doctors want me exercising as much as possible. It's never a long wait for me as they always bring me in right around my actual appointment time. Everyone is professional and courteous, and the doctor and their staff all listen to what I have to say. My appointments are fairly short as my care is very well managed these days. Even though this doctor is now almost an hour drive for me. I still find it worthwhile to make the trip for the quality of Care.
