This is my first written Yelp review and I am not a big social media fan however I want to tell my story of how Tiffany Watson has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain in my neck and back. I am an active athletic female (runner, biker, hiker, skier, weigh training) who was a Division I athlete. I started to have some extreme back and neck pains, to the point where I could only drive 10-15 minutes at time before stopping to get out of the car and walk around. It was challenging because my job requires me to drive most of the day to see clients. I went to my primary health care doctor and was prescribed muscle relaxers, pain medications and physical therapy. None of these options worked; in fact I had horrible side effects on the muscle relaxers and pain medications. I was in such severe pain that my sleep began to deteriorate which then affected my work and I had to eventually completely stop working out. I was a complete disaster physically and emotionally. I was bounced around from physician to the next and was also sent to a highly respected back/pain specialist who did some MRI's which basically showed nothing major in my back or neck, therefore he suggested more physical therapy. I even tried several chiropractors that were highly recommended and sworn by close friends. Needless to say no one could figure out why I was having so much pain. FINALLY, my back/neck specialist highly recommended Tiffany Watson. Of course, I was slightly skeptic having no such luck of relieving my neck and back pains in the past. However, I began to research Tiffany's credentials and I was very impressed. My first appointment with Tiffany was one of the best decisions I have made medically. After just few appointments, Tiffany had diagnosed the cause of the havoc throughout my back and neck; I could tell both areas were getting better fairly quickly. I have been coming to Tiffany for about 2 months and I can say after 9 months of neck and back pains I am off of ALL medications and can finally sleep through the night. Each time I go back to Tiffany both of my problem areas are getting better to a point where I am slowly working back to being the active person I have been my entire life. I can't thank Tiffany enough for all she has done to get me back healthy and active again so this is my way of "paying it forward." If you are looking for exceptional physical therapy from grown-ups who want to fix your problem, this is the place. Everyone here is smart, engaged and enjoyable. Stick your head in and see if the vibe works for you. Very important. Whatever practice you choose, you need to feel like it is a place you want to be. Or else you will find reasons to not go and you won't get better. My experience? Was told to go to Body Intel and see Tiffany Watson about a year ago. I didn't because I thought Pilates was a woman's stretching, coffee klatch kind of experience. Not what I was looking for. I am a 48 year old guy who was very active with outdoor sports until a series of injuries and age caught up to me 3 years ago. About 6 months ago I couldn't move well down some stairs and realized I had real problems and needed to see a grown up PT. Tiffany did a thorough evaluation of what my issues were, particularly in relation to my overall body mechanics. She worked with me to fix and strengthen the affected areas as well as the fix the other over compensating areas. More importantly, she took the time to explain the principles behind the physical issues and gave me exercises to do on my own. Plenty of times she had to patiently explain things 2 or 3 times until it clicked. In 6 months of weekly visits, I have yet to have a bad session. I don't know how she stays engaged and positive but she does. I have had several injuries over the last 25 years and seen many physical therapist. No one I have seen comes close to understanding body mechanics the way Tiffany does. Happily, 6 months after my first visit, I feel like I did when I was in my mid 30's. I have not only gotten my overall strength back, but now I am much more flexible. Hadn't been able to jog for the past 3 years and now I am jogging again. And the biggest surprise, Pilates is actually an ass kicking exercise with the right instructor. I pretty much leave every session with the shakes. read more

Current and grateful patient of BodyIntel. I have received treatment from several PT's in the past for various injuries including recovery from back surgery however found the results of PT to be questionable. My faith in the effectiveness of Physical Therapy has been renewed by the successes I am seeing with the treatment received at BodyIntel. I felt it was warranted to take some of my time to give back to those who have changed the direction of my weaknesses. The amazing folks at BodyIntel are showing me how to recover from my injury and providing me with the tools I need to continue to strengthen my body. Tiffany is wonderful to work with. She has an incredible bed side manner combined with a sharp mind which creates a comfortable environment that you can trust. It is difficult to push your limits when you feel like your simply being run through generic movements however Tiffany has taken her time to focus on my individual struggles and tailored my treatment specific to my needs. I have to say I was shocked to read the initial review posted here. I don't understand what someone's divorce or personal relationships have to do with ones Physical Therapy however it sounds like there is more to the story then is being let on. I can imagine how frustrating it would be not to be able to receive proper treatment from the wonderful team at BodyIntel. Who ever you are sorry to hear about your losses however the positive outcome is you have opened up a spot for others to get amazing treatment. If you have experienced chronic pain and nothing seems to help, you need to visit BodyIntel. Their entire team is professional, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. Many years of college basketball, running, snowboarding and playing hard (like many Coloradans) caught up with me after the birth of my daughter two and a half years ago. I have had great experiences with other Denver PTs, but nobody could seem to figure out exactly what was going on. Nothing seemed to help and I could not even put my shoes on or pick my daughter up without hurting. I tried everything - yoga, Accupuncture, chiropractic care, steroid injections - no luck. Then, I gave the girls at Body Intel a chance and I will be forever thankful. A year later (along with another baby), I am for the most part pain free. The best part? I am ACTIVE and pain free. Amazing, knowledgeable, wonderful, professional, informative...I could go on!!! The one thing that I appreciated more than anything is the knowledge that they gave me. Being involved in sports my whole life, I have been fortunate to be involved with many top notch doctors, PT's, strength coaches, etc. What Tiffany, Catherine, Lyndsey and their entire staff provide is the whole package not to mention they are all incredibly caring and passionate about what they do. Also, I would like to point out that the receptionist is all always very pleasant. So many times you go into an office where the receptionist is very short and little snide, which makes getting any treatment even that much more uncomfortable. However, with Bodyintel, I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the minute I walked into their office to the time I was done with treatment. Tiffany is exceptional at what she does (none better) and Lindsey is a terrific Pilates instructor. They have both helped me tremendously and have re-energized my belief in PT and training again. I have been treated by both Catherine and Tiffany for shoulder and knee issues with consistent, positive results. Professionalism and competence is the culture of BodyIntel. I also take pride in the Pilates skills and results I have developed from my group classes there. I am amazed that they know the individual physical limitations of all class participants and accommodate those limitations with individual modifications. The Pilates classes are challenging and always fun. The facility is comfortable, efficient and very attractive. You can tell the owners are active and engaged in their business. Amazing group of people at BodyIntel! Everyone I met was helpful and caring. After having bilateral total knee replacement, I received therapy from Tiffany. The results are more than I ever hoped for. I had been in constant pain for over 10 years. Tiffany was the one to convince me it was time to do something about it. I'm back to working full time.
