I had ongoing issues such as sleep problems, leg numbness, lower back pain, and the typical tension in my neck and shoulders. These were persistent sub-health conditions that had been affecting me for quite some time. With each session, I've felt gradual but clear improvements. My sleep has improved, the numbness in my legs has decreased, and the tension in my lower back, neck, and shoulders has eased significantly. Overall, my body feels more relaxed, stronger, and more balanced. What I really appreciate is that the treatment seems to focus on addressing the root cause rather than just providing temporary relief. It's a gradual process, but the consistent progress week by week gives me a lot of confidence.

I am beyond disgusted with the way my 75 year old mother was treated at Reno Massage and…read moreReflexology. Yesterday, when I called to schedule an appointment, I told them my mother was 75 years old. I was told they could not give her a massage because she was "too old." They had never seen her, never asked about her medical history, and never asked whether she had medical clearance. They simply refused based on her age. I told them my mother is healthy and that her age alone should not determine whether she could receive a massage. Today, they agreed to see her. Before the massage even started, my mother burped once. The staff immediately said that if she was "ill," we would have to pay for the full hour. I explained that she was not sick. She had simply burped. Less than 10 minutes into the massage, the therapist stopped the massage and claimed my mother was ill. I immediately asked my mother how she felt, and she told me she felt perfectly fine and wanted to continue the massage. I told the therapist that my mother was not sick and wanted to finish the appointment. The therapist refused and walked away. The therapist repeatedly claimed there was something wrong with my mother's nose. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my mother's nose, and my mother was not ill. When I asked both the receptionist and the massage therapist for their names, they refused to identify themselves. I requested their names multiple times, and they still refused. Their refusal can be verified by the business's security cameras. I then photographed the massage licenses displayed at the business to identify the employees involved because they would not provide their names when asked. The names displayed were Chunfang Wu and Yuqi Li. What was just as upsetting as the treatment itself was the complete lack of customer service and accountability. When a customer has a legitimate concern, refusing to identify yourself, refusing to answer questions, and simply walking away is unacceptable. My mother was humiliated and treated with a complete lack of dignity and respect. She was denied service yesterday because they said she was "too old," and today her massage was abruptly ended even though she repeatedly said she felt perfectly well and wanted to continue. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply upsetting. No customer, especially a 75 year old woman, should be judged solely because of her age, embarrassed over a single burp, or have a massage terminated despite repeatedly stating she felt fine. I will never return to this business, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Everyone hid to avoid giving me their name. With this type of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service this business is doomed to go out of business soon.

You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the business, and I really appreciated that. I received a 90-minute massage. The massage itself was okay, but it wasn't anything memorable. I've probably had 30 massages over the years, and this one was pretty average compared to others I've had. Unfortunately, what stood out most was that my massage therapist repeatedly passed gas throughout the session. I understand that everyone is human and things happen, but it occurred multiple times during the 90 minutes, and she never acknowledged it or even said "excuse me." It made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable massage. I truly appreciated how clean and inviting the spa was, but because of this experience, I'm not sure I'll be returning.

They had ample parking and the person there to greet us was very friendly and happy to see us. They had our rooms ready to roll, and everything looked and smelled clean. Every Asian massage place is like Russian roulette... you never know what will happen. Bliss takes place here. It was relaxing but then you get spanked, yanked, and stretched out of the blue. I loved it, but it's not for everyone. It was def what I needed after a long day of travel and working. The small Asian woman I had said her name was coco. I'd def get her again but I'm sure every staff there does a good job. Both my coworker and I came out feeling loose as a goose and in that half drunk state. The staff member who checked us out was very appreciative of our patronage and was so polite. Def not what I'm used to at Asian massage places in vegas. Reno is not one of my fave destinations to frequent but if I were to come back, I'd def come back to this place.

With an appointment, I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes, while (I assumed) my room was being prepped. Guess not because the face towels that were supposed to be warm felt like scratchy dry brand new never-been-washed towels 2/3 times I visited. For my most recent, my massage was on a regular table but instead of a cloth on the face cradle, it was a paper towel....... The hall door was OPEN during the better part of my last 90 minute massage...... Hearing people talking in the hallway and wondering if they could see my body if they walked by was not peaceful. They did some interesting limb bendy stuff on me that I think was trying to emulate Thai massage style, but it was just twisting my body in odd ways that felt weird with my scoliosis (which I'd already told them I had so idk why they did that). I kept waiting for them to return back to/take extra time to focus on the areas I designated on the tablet where my back muscles reallllly need extra care after moving to my lower body, but I am pretty sure they've never looked at my diagram any of the times I've been because this experience is consistent with all 3 visits I've had there. Came across my biggest pet peeve which is having stretches of time over a minute where it feels like the masseuse is just lightly spreading oil on my skin longer than necessary to run up the time. For these reasons and others, I was quite uncomfortable at this place and won't be back a 4th time. I really wanted to give it a chance and give the benefit of the doubt with more chances but 3 bad massages is a LOT of money to drop w little return for a public school teacher.
