I am definitely not very knowledgeable when it comes to tanning. Each time I visited I asked for honest help making good decisions about the beds I was using and the product to use when I went in. I never received helpful answers. In fact, I went in yesterday for my annual tan and the woman working sold me sunless tanner. I said I needed eye protection and lotion. I didn't realize until I had already sprayed myself. When I got out I asked her why she didn't mention it was sunless tanner? She shrugged and said, "I thought you knew". I asked her for a refund or an exchange... she said she couldn't. Didn't even compensate in any way. She told me I could try to sell the lotion online? Maybe offer me a free session!? Attention owner/manager: Train your staff to be helpful please! This is a place where costumers need to be educated.

I'm now seeing a dermatologist to treat the burns and potential scarring. Cindi has taken zero accountability for what she has done to my face nor offered me any type of solutions. I have paid A LOT of money for this treatment, I am so upset with my results & how unprofessional Cindi has been through this process. I was never warned or told to expect these kind of results. Cindi clearly does not know how to use these lasers properly. She missed several parts of my face, was performing the lasering after the numbing cream wore off and I had to remind her to go over certain areas on my face because she kept forgetting (did half my face forgot about the other half) Please be careful.
