The shape is great and really natural looking. No one knows I had them done unless I tell them. I would definitely recommend getting brows done here by Shannon !

I'll start this off by saying that I appreciate the work that Bailey does! If she worked for a…read moredifferent company, I would continue going to her. But how this business is run is extremely unprofessional. They rarely answer their phone, do not respond to emails at all, and they make appointments that they cannot promise. I've dealt with the manager asking me to move my appointment with her because she didn't get time off at her other job. If she knew she would be working elsewhere that day I'm confused as to why she let me schedule an appointment in the first place. I've also dealt with the manager saying an appointment wasn't in their system, when I spoke with her literally the day before, and a confirmation text was received. When I asked for the owners contact info, I was told that she would contact me the next day. It's been almost a week now and I have not been contacted; which is unfortunate because if I was a business owner, I would want to know if my business wasn't being ran appropriately. I'm a brand new customer and all of this unprofessionalism happened within a single weeks time. I'm extremely disappointed because I was going to consider them for bridal/bridal party makeup for my upcoming wedding, but I would never chance my special day with this unreliable business. Let me recommend Indie Lash or Touch of Plash for lashes instead!

A 2.5 hrs into a 5 hr drive passing through Duluth I was in a lot of pain. I'm very thankful to have thus last minute appointment, like 20 min before it started! I was treated to cucumber water, sitting in a pleasantly decorated and calm waiting area. I only had 30 minutes with Nick, who, but in such little time, managed to get me right enough to make the rest of my journey. Thank you!

My daughter found this salon while exploring Duluth after recently moving to the area. She called…read moreto inquire if they had a stylist who knew how to cut curly hair and the receptionist said the did. The stylist apparently had 20 years of experience, so my daughter went ahead and booked an appointment. At the start of her appointment she discussed with the stylist want she wanted and even showed her a photo of how she wanted it cut, (the photo was her hair from a previous haircut at a different salon). The stylist BUTCHERED her hair. I know some hair stylist will cut curly hair dry, but this stylist didn't even look at her curl pattern she just cut inches off her hair. It looks nothing like the photo she shared when she arrived. She is in tears over this horrendous haircut. All of her beautiful curls are GONE. Definitely will not return and do not recommend this salon.

I can't believe this is the first review for this place! Well, actually maybe I can. I had no idea…read morethey existed until my mom/aunt/cousin all told me it was awesome....but they've been around for 4 years, so I thought it must just be that I was really unobservant (and I didn't live in the area). I got a great cut here. I have really thick, curly hair. Even though I requested a straight style cut, she made sure that it would still look good if I wore it curly, which I didn't ask for, but I reaaaally appreciate! I asked her some product questions, and she recommended some products that she doesn't even sell! So I knew I could really take her advice. Two reasons it gets four instead of five stars: When she was done, I asked her to make my bangs just a little shorter, and she took off about 1/2 an inch, when I was thinking more like 1/4 inch. So they were a little awkwardly short, but it's partly my fault for not being really specific. The second reason is because the location is not super beautiful. It's defintely nice, but it doesn't feel like a luxury. But I suppose that is maybe why the haircuts are only $30!
