The stylists are patient and will provide you with a great consultation. The prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and they do a great job at a fast pace. I gave Mirror Images four stars because I have only had my hair done there. I know they do manicures and pedicures as well. People seem to always leave happy with those!

Their website seemed to have some decent deals as well as a free tan for touring their facility. I was not given a tour in anyway, I was shown a printout of their bed levels and told the free tan was the lowest bed. I haven't tanned all winter and had just recently started going again so I told the employee 17 minutes in a 20 minute bed was tops that I could handle without burning. The girl working put me in the bed for 20 minutes. I'm sorry but working at a tanning salon is not hard work. I've been tanning for 20 years and have never had an employee be so negligent. I had a very bad first impression of this place.

I literally tan about twice a year. I haven't had a very good experience the last few times I…read moretanned here. The beds are nice but I felt that the staff wasn't very helpful. I am definitely not very knowledgeable when it comes to tanning. Each time I visited I asked for honest help making good decisions about the beds I was using and the product to use when I went in. I never received helpful answers. In fact, I went in yesterday for my annual tan and the woman working sold me sunless tanner. I said I needed eye protection and lotion. I didn't realize until I had already sprayed myself. When I got out I asked her why she didn't mention it was sunless tanner? She shrugged and said, "I thought you knew". I asked her for a refund or an exchange... she said she couldn't. Didn't even compensate in any way. She told me I could try to sell the lotion online? Maybe offer me a free session!? Attention owner/manager: Train your staff to be helpful please! This is a place where costumers need to be educated.
