The mystic tan looks great and last for awhile. They also offer stand up tanning beds for people who want an actual tan and they also have a great assortment of lotion at good prices. I am definitely not very knowledgeable when it comes to tanning. Each time I visited I asked for honest help making good decisions about the beds I was using and the product to use when I went in. I never received helpful answers. In fact, I went in yesterday for my annual tan and the woman working sold me sunless tanner. I said I needed eye protection and lotion. I didn't realize until I had already sprayed myself. When I got out I asked her why she didn't mention it was sunless tanner? She shrugged and said, "I thought you knew". I asked her for a refund or an exchange... she said she couldn't. Didn't even compensate in any way. She told me I could try to sell the lotion online? Maybe offer me a free session!? Attention owner/manager: Train your staff to be helpful please! This is a place where costumers need to be educated.
