So amazing! I had a little trouble finding the location, so give yourself a few extra minutes if it's your first time. Lydia is such a skilled practitioner! I had the best massage of my life. She communicated well, focused on my problem areas, and discussed things I could do throughout my day to avoid tightness in certain areas. She just blew me away with her awareness. Definitely a notch above other massage therapists! I will be back! I should say: I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. read more

Yolanda was so sweet and gave me the best massage! My body was so tight from stress and injury but she knew just what to do. I can't wait to return! read more

Incredible! My wife went here earlier in the year for her birthday so I felt like I should treat myself to a birthday massage too and went with a 90 minute session. I told Lydia my typical areas that I carry stress and tension (shoulders, beck, lower back) and she delivered a truly heavenly experience. I told her not to go easy on my and she didn't and I loved it. There's nothing like being so lost in the experience you love track of what time of day it is and that in and of itself is something wonderful on top of an excellent massage. This place is located in a very unassuming office park in a way you'd probably miss it. After the massage Lydia left me know that everything felt in place and where it should be and to treat myself more often. It was an excellent service and great price. One of the best messages I've ever received. Highly recommended. read more

I found Sheka out of the blue when I moved here in August, and I have been delighted with her work ever since! Had a two-hour deep-tissue massage today as a huge treat to myself and it was worth every (reasonable!) penny. Sheka is not only a wonderful massage therapist, she also sends me into gales of laughter every time because she is so smart and funny! I leave feeling refreshed (although usually in need of a long nap) and ready to take on another week of work as nanny to a very active toddler. She's good for my pain AND my brain! read more

Struggling with some upper back/shoulder pain so I figured I'd book a massage to get some of those knots worked out. I work a 9-5 office/desk job so after leaning over a computer desk all day, I always have some nagging pain in the same areas. It was really easy to book online and their availability isn't so bad. Their prices are also super competitive and they usually always have a special. I booked the 60 min deep tissue with 10 minute Thai scalp. I was introduced to Yolanda who was pretty friendly. I've generally always gotten Swedish massages which never really did the trick so I recently started doing deep tissue. I've always heard that deep tissues can be painful and you're usually sore the next few days but that never happened with me. Well, Yolanda definitely changed that haha. She warned that she uses alot more pressure than others, and figuring it probably wouldn't be all that bad, I just told her to give me all she got. She definitely got in there and made sure to pay special attention to the problem areas I told her about. It was painful at times, but in a good way haha. I actually did feel sore after, but the pain I had been feeling went away for several weeks! I felt amazing. I can't wait to book with Yolanda again. read more

Quiet, simple, and personal, Body Language is a great place to get a massage. I am a home baker, and after a busy holiday season of kneading bread and rolling out cookie dough, my back and shoulders were in bad shape. Movita listened to my concerns and took her time addressing them during my treatment. She was careful, focused, and deliberate. Her custom aromatherapy blend of relaxing essential oils helped prepare me for the deep tissue massage. Great experience. I felt cared for and safe during my 75-minute treatment. Thank you so much for a wonderful massage! read more

I highly recommend it! I love to get the 60 min massage (deep tissue) + 10min foot Thai, is awesome. I work as a waitress and my feet and arms hurt constantly. I like how Yolanda work my body according to my needs, and the price is super affordable. The place is clean, neat and the room has a cozy and relaxing environment, with soft music that invites to a great experience of relaxation. I been in multiple massage places but so far this is my favorite, she combines the main things perfectly: -quality -comfort -price -professionalism It's a must if you looking for a great massage. read more

Professional and a great value. I was suffering from painful muscle spasms in my neck, shoulder and back regions. Lydia did an incredible job using a perfect combination of pressure and focus on problem areas. Parking is pretty easy and location is on the first floor. You can book directly online using their website. Would definitely recommend! Extremely friendly! read more

I have been a client of Yolanda Watson's for nearly five years. She brings more experience, dedication and knowledge to the job than any therapist I have ever received services from in the past. She is a chiropractor's before and after assistant with getting you out of pain and moving. Her knowledge and studies of the body's mechanisms is excellent. She listens to the issues you are having and will use her healing hands to relieve the muscles behind the pain. She has her school anatomy book that she uses to show you what muscle, nerve or ligament is causing you the pain. Then explains the techniques she will use to promote healing and provide you with home exercises as well. The business on a whole provides a friendly, professional caring environment that works with you to achieve wellness. If you want a massage therapist that believes in God, prayer and cares about the whole person's well being then you need to see Yolanda in 2020. Michelle Cooley read more

Yolanda is wonderful, I'll definitely be back. She has an intuitive touch and a professional manner and is good about adjusting pressure as requested. By far one of the best massages that I've ever had and her prices are so reasonable. The office is smallish and doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside is well-decorated and calming, very relaxing ambiance. Make sure to check their website for the new street address. read more

I am a repeat client of Yolanda. She is professional and a GREAT therapist. She addresses problem areas well. Her office is small, but comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I always feel brand new after her massage and will continue to make appointments with her!. read more

Lydia is awesome! She was strong enough to be very firm, and seemed to be really knowledgeable about her work. She was also really communicative about what to expect and giving recommendations for things I can do to help with the tightness in my shoulders every day. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend her :) read more

Had my first session with Yolanda after work on Friday. Strong, confident hands. She did some moves on me I had not experienced before - pinching sensation that was her loosening the fascia tissue that was binding my back muscles. Yolanda got the blood moving - I felt heated and warm all over. The elevated body heat last into the evening. I am going back again for the Thai Foot Massage on my scalp and feet, my favorite focus areas. The premises are pleasant without being overly fussy. The office building parking lot shares same driveway as that for the ABC Store so it is easy to find. I got a bottle of water after my session. The last massage salon I patronized provided a plastic cup of water. Massage prices are very reasonable. read more

Lydia B. is one of the best masseuses I've had the good fortune to encounter. She knows anatomy well, and translates this into focused care and effective pain relief. She asks for feedback on pressure and other conditions, and is very much engaged in the process. She has gone out of her way to assist with a recent injury in my neck. She also provides helpful suggestions on body mechanics, stretching, etc. between appointments, reflective of her holistic approach to improve my health. Thanks Lydia! read more

Didn't honor our appointment time & didn't get in touch to reschedule until AFTER my appointment time - offered no concelation or attempt to make it better - proceed with caution as they obviously do not value client's time. read more
