By my second Rolfing session with Julie, my headaches went away completely. I had not felt relief in so long. I've continued to see her when I hit a rough patch & it always helps. It's been about a year & my chronic migraines have not returned. She's helped me address other issues & ailments, always patient & caring. She's also referred me to other types of practitioners when she feels I might benefit from a different type of care. This type of honesty is deeply appreciated, & I really feel like her commitment lies in making sure her clients heal. My husband has also loved working with Julie. The space is really nice, too. Lastly - bc I wish people talked about this more - as can often happen with bodywork, there was one session where some past trauma surfaced for me unexpectedly. In those scenarios, I have often felt ashamed & embarrassed by my reactions bc they often come flying out of nowhere & can be difficult to control. Not all practitioners I've worked with seem prepared for this or able to offer trauma-informed care, but Julie's calm & gentle presence in this moment made me feel extremely safe, respected, & seen in my moment of vulnerability. I appreciated it greatly. In closing...highly recommend!!

If you like deep tissue, acupressure, and a really grounding massage, this is the spot. If you've never tried ashiatsu, do it. What these folks do with their feet is amazing and I think it feels soooo much better than a massage with hands (broader, deeper pressure). I work at a desk and my neck, shoulders, back, and hips pay the price, so I see Jes monthly to work things out. She is so creative and changes her approach every visit, so it never feels like the same old thing. Plus, her head/face massages are her secret gems! She always listens to me and focuses on what I want, adds heat, has great music, and a calm manner. I truly can't get regular massages elsewhere anymore, Bull City Soles spoils me! Plus it's a great value for this amazing treatment.

Fuzion Massage is amazing! My wife and I have been a fan of Nikki Harris for many years, and we…read morerefuse to go to any other massage therapist because Nikki is so good. My usual complaint about massage therapists is that they don't apply enough pressure. This is not the case for Nikki. She always applies the perfect therapeutic amount of pressure, and I always feel like I'm walking on clouds after her massages. If you're looking to try a new massage therapist, give Fuzion a try. You won't be let down, and you won't look at other massage therapists the same way afterwards. And if you haven't tried it, ask for the hot stone therapy. It's the icing on the cake!

I felt extremely comfortable getting a massage there, especially with the current pandemic. It was a major concern of mine, but the precautions taken by Fuzion are quite impressive. There are air purification systems in every room, everything in-office is wiped down after every client and there is an enclosed cradle to rest your head in, face down, and it doesn't feel like you're suffocating while you are getting your massage! I'll be back for sure for more- I already booked my next session and am looking forward to it!

Just got finished with a couples massage, and it was fantastic!…read more I've gotten massages a handful of times in my time, but don't recall ever having a bad experience, but this one seemed better than those. This spa has only been in business for about two months, and my wife and I partook in a couples Swedish massage. I didn't catch anyone's name, but it seems like Mark was most likely my masseuse based on reviews here and on Google. He is definitely skilled at his trade. He was putting the right pressure, and it was extremely relaxing with the nice elevator music and massage oils on top. Very clean place and he was very welcoming and cordial and would make sure you were enjoying yourself throughout the service. The business is located in mediocre looking strip mall in Durham, which gave us some hesitancy, but don't let that sway you. This is probably the place my wife will come back to when she craving some R&R

Terrible experience for my wife. She booked a massage through ClassPass, and the business contacted…read moreher beforehand asking if she could come earlier. She agreed and changed her schedule to accommodate them. When she arrived, she was told the therapist would be male. She politely explained that she was not comfortable receiving a massage from an unfamiliar male therapist and asked whether there was any alternative. The manager was extremely dismissive and rude and made essentially no effort to find a reasonable solution. What bothered us most was not simply the ClassPass policy--it was the way my wife was treated when she expressed a very personal and reasonable boundary. Instead of showing understanding, the manager repeatedly blamed ClassPass and made her feel like she was the problem. For a business offering such a personal service, professionalism, empathy, and respect for a client's comfort should be basic expectations. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend this place.

About a week later I realized I hadn't been having back or sciatic pain all week after the massage. This is after at least a month of being in daily pain. The spa itself is lovely and everyone was very kind and welcoming. All together just a wonderful experience after a long week and a long conference.
