I received CoolTone on my lower abdomen, cool sculpt on my glutes two year ago and cool tone on my abdomen recently. Every time I am thrilled with the results. Anyone expecting anything extreme should consider plastic surgery instead.

I started to really increase my cardio and started on a very strict diet- and was still noticing this area was much bigger than before. I finally went back in and spoke to Jennifer who was very understanding of the situation. But she couldn't tell me if this was the rare side affect that occurs (which I was aware of- but she mentioned that was visibility much different) she couldn't identify what went wrong, she couldn't even say if this was permanent or not. The best she could do was apologize and say shed submit the case to Coolsculpting. Furthermore, halfway through treatment she felt I was no longer a good candidate for coolsclptiing so she cancelled future appointments out of caution- and I hadn't even achieved results I was hoping for, so I felt like I was now left to deal with this growth area on my own. Although she was very understanding and had a good attitude and her staff was great during my treatments, it's very evident, at Coolcontours they are only knowledgeable of the device itself and have very little knowledge of the biology behind it. There was a misdiagnosis or something was missed on their part for this to have happened. Months later, I've had to make drastic dietary changes and have been dealing with new body image issues which I did not have prior to coming to Coolcontours.

I was so embarrassed when I looked down at my phone and realized I showed up on the wrong day! I had the right date in my phone, but the wrong date in my head:) Still, G was so kind to go above and beyond to manually schedule me for another appointment that would work best for my schedule going forward. At no point did she make me feel uncomfortable to speak to me in a demeaning tone. Instead, she laughed it off and said, "no problem! Let's see when I get you in!" Here is the real humbling part.... G scheduled me for a 8 am appointment on Saturday because that is what worked best for ME. This is OUTSIDE of regular business hours. Who does that?! A true professional, one who is passionate about her business and client's needs. I even received a courtesy reminder the day before. Feedback specific to G, the owner: G is a thorough professional with a passion for skin care. She is kind, honest, and laid back. She took the time to understand my skin and explain what she was doing. Additionally, she is a great conversationalist, one who goes above and beyond to make sure her client (GROUPON CLIENT) is comfortable. Feedback on skin/service: My skin feels amazing and I can already see the difference. It feels smoother and softer to the touch. It is important to point out that I actually purchased my groupon because of my friend's glowing face. More specifically, I noticed that my friend's skin was brighter, more youthful, and literally glowing... She referred me to G's skincare center and assured me that I would not be dissapointed. I decided to go the Groupon route since I wanted to "try it out" before really becoming a vested client. After just this one visit, I have no doubt that I will be returning for monthly visits. I would highly recommend G's Ageless Skin Center to anyone looking for a truly remarkable experience. That's really what it is! Not just a facial...but an experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, pampered, and of course- glowing:) I can't wait to go back!

Aesthetics is only a small part of her knowledge base and she is amazing at what she does! I stopped by the MedSpa on a whim. It's right next door to my accountant's office, so I decided to check them out. I'm so glad I let curiosity get the best of me. Dr. Dana was at the front when I entered and I asked her if there were any treatment options for the dark circles under my eyes, which several dermatologists have told me was hereditary and "just a part of getting older". I had no appointment, but Dr. Dana immediately took me to the back to discuss my options. It was like my entire world opened up. There were so many treatment options available, including many that were topical and non-invasive. I was absolutely blown away. What I really appreciated is that she wasn't trying to sell me anything, but really just educate me and inform me so that I could decide what was best for me. She sat with me for about an hour (again, with no appointment) to put together a treatment plan and discuss next steps. Now when I say she's a wealth of knowledge, I can't overstate that. She has been incredibly proactive in recommending things that I didn't even know were available to me. Things that I didn't even ask her about. For example, we were casually talking about the weather and I was telling her how dry it was making my scalp. She was able to recommend a product to help me manage the dryness (something that my dermatologist never thought to do) and it has been an absolute game changer. During one of my treatments, I casually mentioned how tired I have been feeling after work and how I didn't have much energy at the end of the day. She could have just smiled and nodded, treating it like casual conversation, but instead she pulled that conversational thread to try to get to the root cause. She then offered some recommendations to try to help me get my energy back. What started as casual conversation ended with me feeling like a brand new person by the time I left the MedSpa. This place doesn't just rejuvenate my body, it rejuvenates my spirit. Everyone in there is just so kind, welcoming, and wonderful. It's really like being among friends. It's a place to relax, get away from the world for a little bit, indulge in some much-deserved self-care, as well as truly be cared for.
