She is extremely responsive and professional. Her spa in silver spring is also a few minutes from the Planet fitness off Wayne Avenue, so I immediately went to workout after my treatment. Checkin and out with Chelsea was superb. She was friendly and listened to everything that made me sad (love handles,stomachs, etc) lol. She put the pads in exactly where I needed them and the heat was warm and relaxing. For 20 minutes I kept thinking about my fat melting lol. The vibration platform is loud but it works. My abs were sore on setting #35. I'll go up next time.
