I've had a few laser tattoo removal sessions here at Body Details and I can't be more satisfied with the service and value of my investment. I am currently in the process of removing a small to medium sized tattoo on my back, a scar from a cyst removal right under the tattoo and another small tattoo on my wrist. At first, I was really worried the process would be lengthy and painful. But after my first session, I've been excited to go back again and again. Every session has been quick and easy. The staff are amazing! They're all very nice and caring. They ask about your session and immediately get you on the schedule for your next treatment. It's almost effortless. The Manager (Joanne) at the Kendall location is outstanding. She took her time explaining the process and the contract, as well as the lifetime guarantee for the tattoo removal. She explained the process for the scar removal as well and honestly, her explanation and demonstration of before/after photos is what sold me. I first started coming here in 2022 and they said my tattoo removal would take about 18 months. 3 years later and it is still not gone. They have cancelled appointments at the last minute about 3 times and today I was scheduled to have a service done at 11:05. The office is closed and I did not receive any notifications/communications via email or phone that the appointment was cancelled. Businesses need to be respectful of their customer's time and adhere to contractual agreements. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Terrible Service ! My fiancé and I have lifetime sessions and have not been able to schedule our laser appointments online. Our phone number has changed so the website cannot log us in unless it authenticates our numbers. Coral Ganles location has closed permanently and seems to be that ever since management is doing a terrible job if there is any one in Charge at the Kendall location. I was given a number to text for appointments and it has been a Month! And still no one responds the phone nor the number the operator gave me to text and schedule our following appointments. Very disappointed with the outcome. I did 2 years of scheduled laser, and the laser/technicians did not work. I now have to go back frequently for something very expensive that didn't work. It's also very difficult to book appt's. They say they're booked fully, but the office is empty and appt's take 20 min. These folks and staff should be ashamed. I was so excited and took a leap to start my laser hair removal journey. I did extensive research on the company (or so I thought). I put $1000 Down and committed to $222.22 a month for 18 months. I went for 3 treatments. My wallet was stolen and there online portal sucked so I couldn't update my payment info to reflect my new debit card, a payment lapsed. They cancelled my 4th appt - no courtesy call, nada. I called in December, paid the month I had missed and was up to date on 12/18 and updated my autopay with the new card info. They billed per usual on 1/2. My 4th appt was scheduled for today, no text reminder, which I thought was weird, but figured it was a glitch. I showed up to find a chapter 7 bankruptcy sign on the locked door. When researched, I found they filed for bankruptcy in July, right around the time I subscribed. They took my money in vain, knowing they couldn't provide service. I'll be looking for other ways to recoup what I paid for services they couldn't provide. Terrible company and they deserve to be out of business. read more

A few months ago, I contacted them to schedule my annual session, only to be told that my account was on hold due to an outstanding balance. This is purely retaliatory because I had canceled a second contract I signed with them, before receiving any treatment, but they continued to charge my credit card monthly. The name of the person i spoke with at their corporate office is Rafael, and I believe he was the one who put this hold in my account. This company is not to be trusted. I have been inconvenienced again for the third time in a row within the past 6 months. 1) My appointment has been cancelled last minute by the technician, 2) another appointment rescheduled for a later time that did not work for my work schedule, 3) and again today I was denied treatment after arriving 10 minutes late due to parking delays. My account was immediately suspended and charged today without any opportunity of being rescheduled or receiving treatment. There's no grace period for clients. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer at the Kendall location is incredible. I don't ever want to go there again. And I will never recommend body details to anyone. read more

I have been coming to the Kendall location for almost two years.  Today on my way to my appointment I got stuck in construction traffic, according to the gps I was 7 minutes away and I called and left a message explaining that I was almost there.  When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled and that I had to pay $50 fee, that I would not be able to schedule another appointment until that was resolved.  So, unless I give them $50 dollars the lifetime warranty and the treatments I have paid for already are void?  My laser procedure takes way less than 10 minutes for a very small area and there was no one in the waiting room, easy $50 extra for something that I have already paid for.  Shame on them! There are many places that offer laser hair removal at a fraction of what they charge, I wish I would have done better research. read more

I've been going to body details since 2019 and it was going smoothly until recently.. multiple workers have burned me all over my leg and disregarded my concerns. I would communicate with them that the settings are too high and it's not how I usually feel but they gaslighted and blamed external factors instead. Im disappointed and will be getting my services done at a different location. I was hoping to receive some credits on the remaining of my treatments but have not heard back. I'm doing laser treatments here and even with having done only 5 treatments I barely have hair growth, maybe 1 or 2 at most. I've been going to the kendall location for several years. You ve paid over $5000 in advance for treatments. It is very rude and inconsiderate if you have an issue and are late that you are charged $75. I understand if your a blatant No Show. However, if you call your & you are on your way there should be some leniency and understanding if you're stuck in traffic or have an emergency. If I would have known they were so ridiculous I would have never spent a penny there. They front desk staff is extremely rude and they are always changing which means they are not happy working there. Customer service makes you email your complaint and you do not ever receive a courtesy response. Customer service does not exist in this company only when they are coercing you to buy their plans up front. Which are pricier than their competitors. Shame on me for not researching more thoroughly. I had heard about laser hair removal for years and tried it at a competitor who I don't believe is in business anymore: American Laser Centers. It didn't work, much like I heard from other friends who had tried a Groupon or similar offer at "cheap" laser hair removal providers. Great customer service and staff! I have gone twice for tattoo removal. Everyone is super friendly and the office is very clean. They accidentally scheduled my last appointment for their Fort Lauderdale location but when I arrived at the scheduled time at the Kendall location, they had no problem squeezing me in. They say it will take about 9 sessions to remove my tattoo (black, size of a quarter). I'm reallyyyy hoping it takes less than 9 sessions but we'll see. Yes, tattoo removal is pretty damn painful. Some people say it feels like getting a tattoo, but in my experience it hurts at least 10 times more. read more
