I'm sure the Bronze Bombshell in Dallas is great, but I had a fantastic experience at the Southlake location. Monica was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Monica made the whole experience a tremendous amount of fun. I felt like I was talking to one of my best girlfriends. We laughed and shared experiences all whilst she was doing my spray tan. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. She's sweet, she's a riot and she really knows her business. My spray tan is perfect and was well worth the trip.

First of all, the staff is a bunch of rude teenage girls who act like their parents never taught the social skills and basic common courtesy. They try to hook you into this ridiculous tour of the entire facility and the entirety of its' machines, for... seemingly no good reason but to waste your time and try to sell you on more stuff to take more of your money. I had been there for almost half an hour and they were still giving me their "management told us we have to say this" spiel while I repeatedly expressed that I was in a big hurry and just wanted to do a simple tanning bed session- it's not rocket science. But they refused to listen to me. I guess management told them to ignore customers' requests/wishes in order to focus on just selling more overpriced stuff. They then tried to loop me into a membership of course, which I declined because I don't like the attitude of the front desk girls there. They charge a ridiculously high price for the same thing you could find elsewhere for far less. It's literally a tanning bed that just sits there, there's no reason to charge almost $40 plus an unbelievable $8-10 charge for goggles, which of course they dont provide. I have never in my entire life been to a tanning salon that doesn't provide goggles, and at these prices it's just totally uncalled for. After being condescended by the high schoolers at the front desk both times, I left and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had found Erika's Microblading Studio after looking into all the studios nearby Southlake area…read more After seeing her before and after photos from her website and Instagram, I thought she offered the best quality of natural looking brows. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When you pay for Erika's microblading services, you pay for two sessions. After both sessions, my eyebrows came out uneven. I voiced my concerns to Erika after my second session that I thought there were lighter spots on both ends of on my right eyebrow. She assured me that it looked even this way and that it would match my left eyebrow. I was hesitant, but I trusted her word, as she is the specialist. Two weeks after my second session, I noticed that it was definitely not the case and my right eyebrow was looking significantly lighter with bald spots. I waited two more weeks to make sure that my eyebrows were completely healed and to see if anything would change, but my right eyebrow stayed looking uneven with bald spots. I tried calling Erika to ask if she can fix this, but I was told that I had to pay additional fees to go in to get my eyebrows fixed, as she claims that some people's skin don't take in color as well. I understand this argument, except my skin took in the color well on my left eyebrow as well as both my eyelines, which I also had done with Erika. I feel like it is unfair for me to have to pay a fee to correct a mistake on Erika's part. Erika's studio charges the highest fees near Southlake for semi permanent makeup services. Her rate was steep, but I was initially convinced that it was worth the price for her quality of work. I was very wrong. Now, I am stuck with uneven eyebrows having paid more than I would had I gone anywhere else and I have to either pay Erika even more to fix a mistake that she made, or pay someone else to fix Erika's mistake. I recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for permanent or semi permanent makeup done, because this is not the place to go.
