So not a lot of traffic around the salon (just incase I made a soft squeel). Amanda was super professional, therefore it wasn't weird. The salon was clean/fresh, and she even decorated the ceiling BRILLIANT!! She was quick, it took maaaaybe 10 minutes. And my spicy place was beach ready and finally smooth HALLELUJAH!!!

She was outright rude to the point I was uncomfortable staying and even offered to pay her but skip the service. She told me let's go ahead but she has an apt right after and because I was a few min late she wouldn't have a lot of time. My apt was set at 12:30, I arrived at 12:35 and apologized profusely but I had issues finding her and my phone died. This was supposed to be one hour and I fully expected it to be less due to me being late but it was literally 1 when I left meaning my facial was about 20 min; not sure why she even bothered at that point. I was happy to leave because I was uncomfortable anyway. My face was bright red when leaving and she also made a few pokes at my dermatologist and suggested I have a liver disease by my face which didn't make me feel too great. I realize everyone has bad days but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business EDIT: in response to her response below just so nobody is fooled, the facial gift certificate was 100% a 60 min certificate. I got it for my bday from a friend. That's just a blatant lie and speaks volumes about the ethics of this woman. She is correct that I did offer to pay and leave literally because i was terrified of being alone in the room with her.
