The desk staff were incredibly nice and accommodating in scheduling my appointment and even emailed me the paper work to fill out ahead of time. As for the procedure itself- yes, it hurts- but far less than, say, waxing or getting stung by a swarm of wasps. It's also fairly quick, and the aesthetician is blasting the area with super cold air the whole time to keep things a bit more comfortable. I was treated by Nicole, who was very nice, and explained everything thoroughly- and kept me talking throughout the procedure to keep my mind off of things. The office, while semi-difficult to find, is very clean and comfortable. All in all, I am happy so far and look forward to going back.

After that Catherine put a nice warm towel on my face and then applied a nice lemon spray. Throughout the entire facial Catherine did a great job. Whether she was extracting some minor blackheads, applying pressure, steaming my face, putting cream on my face and more! During the entire time, Catherine was very gentle and did a great job. I stopped in yesterday to for a pedicure and was happy that they took walk-ins. Was greeted with a…read moresmile and taken immediately to a chair. The salon was clean and peaceful. The pedicure was top of the line, complete with a hot stone massage and quality polish. I received a nice shoulder massage while my nails were drying and was so impressed, I even signed up for the customer loyalty program. Pedicure was $40 with a $10 tip which is great for this area. I will be back!
