"When Groupons and Treatment don't mix" can be the name of my review…read more.. I visited this spa over a year ago. I had a Groupon for a treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Irina refused to treat me because I had filler in my face, even though it wasn't in the area I wanted her to inject. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly mentioned that the Groupon price was "just a gift" to the customer, which struck me as odd since I'm familiar with Groupon and know how it works. Irina's tone was rude and abrasive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. She then called Bobby-the manager to confirm that I wouldn't be treated that day, suggesting I come back when I no longer had fillers in my face. The manager offered me a "rain check" to return in a few months. While I understand that the provider has a right to refuse treatment, and I appreciated the offer, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy, and in the end, I decided not to return. The energy of the place didn't feel right, and given the many other options available, I believe there are better places where customers are treated with more respect and professionalism. It's always better to go to places where you feel valued and comfortable!

I was warmly greeted by Sunita. I was going to be in her care for the next hour. She said that it was going to be very relaxing and then I might fall asleep. And she was right! It is a very relaxing Facial and it even massaging your shoulders and neck and I got A foot scrub as well. I hadn't had anything like this in over a year. And although we talked during a little consultation... I just relaxed and was in her care entire time we didn't talk much during the service. I just relax and listen to the music and I could smell the gentle scent of the products and felt very very relaxed. My skin felt very very relaxed and smooth and clean. I would definitely recommend Sunita. I would definitely return for another facial from her.

Unfortunately, when I did, the phone interaction with the receptionist was extremely off-putting and ultimately changed my decision about moving forward. While I was asking questions related to my consultation, the receptionist repeatedly made audible sharp exhales or sighs and spoke in a rushed, impatient tone. She frequently cut me off before I could finish my questions and made me feel as though my concerns were stupid or an inconvenience. The overall impression was that she couldn't be bothered and just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Elective surgery is a major and personal decision, and respectful, supportive communication is essential. This interaction caused me to lose confidence in the patient experience at this office, and because of it, I decided not to proceed with another consultation or surgery here.

Today my medication was accidentally called into the Southampton Wallgreens and again the pharmacist was rude. The other people working in the pharmacy were wonderful. on my way out I wanted to book and see if I could pick up a box of baseball cards, picked it up and it was empty! Someone ripped open the bottom and stole the entire $22 and some odd cents box of baseball cards. Thinking that I'm helping I brought the box up to the cashier who is nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, I handed in the box and told him that someone stole the cards from the box. He said absolutely nothing and didn't even look at me! He couldn't have cared less, I'm pretty sure he was annoyed that he had to come to the counter. I spent 10 minutes arguing with the pharmacist because they couldn't fill my complete prescription that I needed because I'm going away until Friday. So the pharmacist gets annoyed, but the technician filled itit in less than 10 minutes. I spent 20 minutes, chewing out my doctor and he apologized and agreed with me that other patience have had bad experiences at this Walgreens as well.
