I want to scream horrible but I'm going to be respectful unlike management of this location/medspa.
Please read this before going to this business, and especially before buying a Groupon from them. I went expecting to receive a service I had paid for. Instead, the experience turned into something I found extremely upsetting and unacceptable. After I already paid for my Groupon, and their system unable (at least that's what I was told) to redeem it....I was accused of trying to get a free service. I was made to feel like I was trying to take advantage of the business when I had already legitimately paid for what I came there to receive. To make matters worse, I ultimately ended up being bullied into paying additional 325 dollars out of pocket. They told the business only receives about 100 dollars when someone purchases the Groupon (Groupon keeping the rest) If that information is accurate, then after I was charged the additional 325, the business ended up receiving 425 dollars for the service instead of 100. (Good scam they have going on hugh) What makes this especially frustrating is that I was the customer who had already paid, yet I was treated as though I was trying to get something for free, and I ended up paying significantly more money. This wasn't just a bad Groupon experience. I would caution people about going to this business at all. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Please think twice before spending your money here. I personally will not be returning, and based on my experience, I strongly recommend others take their business somewhere else." read more
