She was given a set of crutches to maneuver. She was having a tough time so I searched Yelp for a medical supply store to look for other options. I came across 5 Star and not only were they close but open on a Sunday. We were able to rent a wheel chair for the day so she could attend the wedding. Thank you 5 Star. Now we need to search Yelp for an Orthopedist.

I have avoided CVS ever since I picked up a prescription for my husband at their drive through window. I waited a minimum of 20 minutes, which is unduly long. I went to Rite Aid because, while they cost a little more, the service they provided was exemplary. I went there for the service-if I needed something filled, I could walk up to the counter, request it, and it was filled within ten minutes. You won't find that kind of service here. You might want to find a local non-chain pharmacy for your prescription needs, or try a different pharmacy chain. But don't use this CVS-it's awful.

Christy Vu is the pharmacist, and is super friendly, professional, and (most importantly), great at giving shots! I didn't feel a thing! Seriously! I arrived around 11:30a on a Thursday morning, I didn't have an appointment, but submitted my insurance info and COVID card at the front counter. There were less than a half dozen other folks waiting around (there's only 3-4 chairs in the tiny shop), most had already been vaccinated and just waiting until their 15min were up. By the time I finished filling out the vaccine release form, Christy called me to the back to get my shot. She verified my information, reviewed pertinent info and instructions for the vaccine and voila! I was done. I brought a book, so I read until my 15min was up, but was out of there and home (with a wawa pretzel and icee to reward myself for my shot) by noon! I'll definitely be back for any other pharmacy needs, and would highly recommend others to support this local small business!

The next time they see you, they remember what you were there for the time before and ask you how you are. Then they tell you that you look better. If you do not look better, they will tell you what to do to help,and call the doctor for a renewal if necessary. They also remember your family. They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you. If you want a team that makes you feel better when you are feeling at your worst, and it is right in your neighborhood, this is the place to go. Their two are not synced and I get messages to call my prescriber for refills when I just picked up my prescription. Someone needs to adjust the program to see when the last prescription (when there are multiple refills) was filled. I get constant texts that say your prescriber needs to be contacted when there's refills due in 20 days. The medications are for every 30 days and the program try's to refill several of my prescriptions within 10 days. Very annoying. I would love to opt out but it works when the script is truly due!

I can't skip doses! Since it was sold, the customer service has gone way downhill. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. Always an issue with them filling my prescriptions.
