I decided to seek out a surgeon who focuses on face and neck surgery. Dr. Greco listened very carefully to my concerns and advised that we take care of one problem area before addressing the second. I expressed to Dr. Greco that I generally like my appearance and didn't want to look drastically different but I felt that my sagging brow may have been making me look angry. Due to my specific facial dimensions, he recommended a trichophytic brow lift which is rather involved but would provide the best result. I am extremely happy with the outcome and my husband is as well. Upon my return to work, 13 days after surgery, I had only minor bruising that I was able to cover up with makeup. Long story: I work outside running equipment and managing a crew. My body takes a beating and I am in good shape but yesterday I was crouched and running a saw and I managed to throw something out of alignment. My back started locking up and it was terrible. I called around for an appointment to try to see if a deep tissue massage or something might work because I had to be on the same job doing the same thing today. Thankfully Gilda answered the phone when I called at like 330 and got me in at 5. The atmosphere was calm and private, her equipment was top notch, pristine, and comfortable. She explained what she was doing and checked in with me. As Gilda manipulated muscle groups I could feel my muscles unlock and their respective bones go back into place.
