I was a walk-in; so I waited about 15 minutes for my service. The employee taking care of me was very friendly and welcoming. Since I was a new customer, she did the standard procedure of asking whether or not I've gotten threading done before. She informed me that she'd do more of a cleanup than a shaping, since there was some uneven arch shaping from my previous salon. I was very happy with the service overall. The employee took her time to be very precise and neat with the brow threading. I'd recommend Aroma to anyone looking for threading in Bucks County.

I have been to this salon before and Kelly always did a good job but I travel for work and have been in and out of the area so I decided to book online with Natasha for partial highlight/dimensional color + tone, gloss, treat w/cut and style the price online was 250.00 and I had to pay 125.00 when I booked the appointment. I went into the salon and Natasha was very nice but she did an awful job on my color. My natural color is light brown but I have been doing blonde highlights especially around my face. I told her that I wanted my base color lighter and golden blonde highlights. I even showed her a photo because I was very definite about what I wanted. Well she did my base color dark, dark brown (darker then my actual real hair color) and blonde highlights around my face but they are so even I have a big clump of blonde on the right side of my band (she cut curtain bangs, which I had and like) that it looks ridiculous. I look like a skunk with this clump of blonde and then dark brown everywhere else. I wanted to be more golden blonde for summer and my hair is darker than it's ever been. When she showed me my before and after pictures, I didn't want to tell her but I liked the before much better then the after. The other thing was she told me that she would have to charge me extra because she had to use more color and when I got the bill she charged $110.00 extra and it's says for Root to End????? Isn't all color root to end???? Really disappointing! I ended up paying 360.00 plus a tip for her for dark brown hair with a clump of blonde in the front?! I hate it so much can't wait to go somewhere else and try to get it fixed. Natasha told me not to worry that next time I'd book "full highlights" and it would look better. When I told her that it was really dark she told me; "don't worry, it will lighten up when you wash it a few times." This isn't my 1st color and I'm quite sure that no matter how much I wash it, it will never be the blonde color I asked for. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back to there.

The dermatologist will help screen me for skin cancer, but for the rest of my damaged skin, I rely on the IPL. It's a laser that targets sun damage, temporarily darkening it, and over the next week the sun spots and freckles will fall out. I give the IPL credit for my ability to finally feel confident without caking on 1-3 layers of foundation, and I give esthetician Laurie credit for delivering these results. I came to Bella Body because I followed Laurie. Bella Body is a beautiful office, run by friendly staff that offered me beverages while I waited (and even was able to move up my appointment because I'd arrived early). This was my first time getting an IPL on my chest, but I'm excited knowing that my results should turn out as great as they did for my face. The prices are a little bit high, I'll admit. But I am very big about results. I'd rather pay a little more when I know I'm going to get the results I want, as opposed to paying less and seeing little results. I can't speak for their other services, but for the IPL I plan to return at least yearly, as long as Laurie is here.
