I have been a frequent patient for a few years, but, this office is now lacking in patient respect. The most recent incident involved renewal of a long standing routine prescription. It took THREE DAYS and numerous phone calls for Yardley Dermatology to advise that prescribing doctor was out of town and I would need to wait ADDITIONAL DAYS to either see another physician or wait for the prescribing doctor's return. Wish they told me this upon my first phone call. No concern for my needs They had no concern that, due to their negligence in properly responding to my calls and messages, I was without my much needed medication. read more

I've gone to Dr Richard Fried for years. They don't come any nicer or more competent. I always urge him to never retire!

I"ve been a patient or many years, at some point they change billing system and became terrible nightmare. I had a surgery, kept asking for the bills they kept sending to the wrong email than sent me to collection. I paid everything and they say I still owe. It is very impersonal too. it is a shame, don't go there unless you want to be disappointed. read more

Be on time or they will fine you, but they can take their time seeing you. After sitting for over an hour past my appointment time, I was told there was no telling how much longer I'd have to wait. I left and never heard another word from them. No attempt to reschedule, no apology, nothing! Over a year later I received a check for the fee I paid for the appointment with no explanation. I'm tired of rude healthcare folks and these are some of the worst. read more

Wow. no. bad vibe from all except one woman at the desk. Maybe my skin scan was accurate but going to see another derm. A pretty unpleasant experience aside from the normal no fun of a full body skin cancer scan. A very unpleasant, unwelcoming and marginally professional vibe there. Not going back. They may be knowledgeable - don't really know - but I'm thinking there are other practices with knowledge and a degree more professionalism. Do not recommend based on my experience today. read more

This may have been a fluke, but I called for a new patient appointment. I had my calendar open for 3 months in the future, but they saw me in 4 days. FOUR DAYS!!!!! I was flabbergasted. I saw Dr. Serravallo, very competent and professional with the perfect blend of chatty efficiency. Found a few spots and scheduled next week to have them cared for. I had prior unpleasant experiences with topical treatments and they were happy to tailor my treatment to something equally effective which met my wants. Yelp, can I give more than 5 stars? read more

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years now. I am always met by friendly, knowledgeable supportive staff. I love their line of skin care products - affordable and they truly work, even with the most sensitive skin. Tracy Floirendo has been helping put my best face forward for 10 years now. Her careful laser procedures have reduced my my redness and helped my rosacea. I wouldn't trust my skin to anyone else. read more

terrible place. stay away. poor practices. bad management. 4 canceled appointments

Greeted with a smile! This is the most pleasant practice I have even gone to. Everyone has a welcoming positive attitude. Dr. Cenci is wonderful! read more

I called to make a NP appt and was put in 3 weeks later, I was grateful as I know how long it takes to get appointments. I unfortunately have been in extreme pain due to a back injury and the morning of my appt I ended up being 3 min late to my 9:15am appointment instead of early. This includes me going to the wrong suite at first. When I arrived nobody said anything about my arrival time, I'm the one that said sorry and that I went to the wrong building. After I was there for over 45 minutes I asked when I'd be seen, I was told that I was late...I said yea I know 3 min to which the receptionist said, we have you down for 9am. First of all I put everything in my phone calendar so maybe I did it incorrectly (I doubt) but why was nothing said when I arrived?! 5 people went back before me. I asked how long it would be till I was seen and was told in 10 min or less, they were just waiting on a room. After 10 min passes and 2 more people went back before me I decided to reschedule, the other receptionist said there are multiple providers when I mentioned people going back before me when I was told they were waiting on a room. Just over all very poor experience, rude staff, no accountability, no communication and honesty if I can find another Dr I won't be back for the rescheduled appointment. read more

You need to understand that time is important to everyone and stop over scheduling the Doctors. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment at 10:15. HOW is it physically possibly to get that backed up when the doctor starts at 9am?!? Your lack of accountability or respect for your patients is absurd. This is 100% unacceptable. read more

My regular doctor referred me here so I figured they must be great. The last two times i have been here I wouldn't have had many bad things to say, except the receptionist on the phone had a rude attitude when I made my first appt. She thought I was just supposed to be available her first appt at 8:00 AM. Not everyone can jump for their appts. The second time no problems. This time, my third time coming, they are doing renovations. They are completely unorganized, the receptionist all have snotty attitudes, and people are just trying to find out if their in the right spot! The Dr. I see is a sweet girl, but I'm starting to change my mind about this place bring so great. read more

Previously I was going to a dermatology office in Princeton, NJ, and the service has gone downhill. A primary doctor I see recommended Yardley. I was pleasantly surprised, the office was very clean & contemporary, the staff friendly & I saw a PA who was knowledgeable & answered all my questions. They do have their own line of products, and though I have been using Cetaphil for years, I declined a purchase with no feeling of pressure either way. The medications they gave me worked within two days, making a huge difference. Looks like I found a new dermatology practice to go to for my yearly check ups. read more

Save your money. The wait time to even get an appointment takes months and when you get there (I can't speak for every doctor) but the three I've seen are useless. They don't even look at your skin they just stare at you with a blank stare and prescribe you a random medicine they think will work and, at least for Me, it never did. It felt very cold, and as those of us who suffer from skin problems know, we want someone who seems to care about you and to help your skin. These people don't. read more

Excellent dermatology practice. All around - nurses, reception, PA, and doctors - they really seem to care. They were really supportive in addressing my condition and also in helping me through some insurance problems. They do seem popular, though. It was a 3-month wait for a new patient visit. read more

I've been seeing Amy Matorin at the practice for at least 4 years now. I am very happy with her knowledge, expertise, and bed side manner. It did take some time to get my initial appointment but once you are a patient it is much easier to get an appointment. read more

I've been a patient for a number of years and have no problem walking away to a different practice. They mishandled a billing issue and instead of easily finding a way to make their client happy, they chose not to - even though they admitted that the situation was completely caused by their processes. I've put up with an exceedingly small waiting room for years. Now that they have doctors leaving and their office manager not willing to work with me - I'll be leaving as well. read more

This is the best medical practice I have ever dealt with. Their qualifications are stellar, their manner excellent, thorough, and good-natured. I've never had to wait, and would expect to, would certainly be willing to for this quality of care. They accommodated me on very short notice when I found something suspicious. I've been seen by Francesca (beyond excellent) and Dr. Sauder several times (as qualified as exists in the world) and had a minor procedure done by Dr. Campanelli. Thrilled with each and every one of them. Their follow up is solicitous and prompt, and I could not imagine myself in better hands. read more

I go to Tracy for laser hair removal and also for peels for melasma on my face and she is wonderful!! She is amazing and affordably priced. The peels have been working great so far and really lighting the condition of my melasma and nothing else has worked before this. She is very knowledgable and great bedside manor. I highly recommend seeing Tracy. read more

Very disappointed. Called to have a prescription refilled first thing in the morning and did not receive call back that day. Called the next day and Dr. Cenci was not in and never bothered to call me back. She figured it could wait until Friday when she was back. I guess it doesn't matter that I am suffering and need the prescription because I had a sudden flare up. Apparent she thinks she and her time are more important than me her patient. read more

Dr. Fried is amazing! He is recognized nationally as a top notch dermatologist. He keeps current on state-of-the-art practices in the field. He is a licensed clinical psychologist so he understands the intersection of body image and well being. I don't usually write reviews but my family and I have been impressed by the quality of his care for almost two decades and I wanted to find a way to show our appreciation. Thanks Dr. Fried! read more

Decent doctors and staff, but follow up is laughable. They literally told me as they took a biopsy, that if they didn't call me within 2 weeks with the results to give them a call! Who does that? Think of their message to me. (my words) Since I won't really be following up on your biopsy because I don't really care about you, maybe you should call in and wake me up to get your results. Couldn't believe it. Of course, I waited more than 2 weeks and had to call them. Horrendous treatment. read more

I just saw Dr. Melissa Serravallo and she was awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything!

Very disappointing first time visit. I barely had the opportunity to explain my concerns when I was diagnosed and was given medication. When I left the office I questioned the experience. I sat in my car getting ready to drive away when a call from the office Indicated the doctor had prescribed something I was allergic to and I was asked to throw it away. I expressed my lack of faith in the doctor to the nurse and that the incident left me feeling very unsure about this doctor. She then told me to come back in. The nurse ushered me back and as I stood in the hallway I was handed another prescription. The first was for acne and then the second for rosacea. At no point did he tell me I had rosacea the first or the second time I saw Dr. Sauder. It felt like I was just quickly being given something. I have no faith in the doctor nor the practice. read more

I've been really disappointed in this practice as of late. I've been a long-time patient, and my last several visits have been lacking in quality and attention. First, never once have I been seen on time, regardless of the time of day. My last appointment in April was at 9am, and 2 other patients walked out and asked for their copays back because the wait had been over 45 minutes with no communication from reception on the delay or an ETA on when we'd be seen. Second, I was initially misdiagnosed and put on antibiotics unnecessary when I strongly expressed my suspicion that I had skin cancer - basal cell carcinoma. When the antibiotics didn't work, I went back again this time requesting a biopsy and to my dismay there was never a call or follow-up to provide my results (I was patient - waiting over 2 weeks). I finally called 4 times in 3 days to get a status and not one person answered the phone. Finally someone called me back and left a message, but I couldn't get ahold of them when I rang back to discuss. Again, no one answered the phone during hours they were open. Maybe skin cancer is "old hat" to them since they see it all the time, but as a paying patient, I deserve to be treated better with more respect for my condition and my time. read more

Great place! Dr. Roman is very knowledgeable and informative! Felt very comfortable! Thanks! Diane Ceglia

First impressions are everything. When I come to a practice for the first time at the very least i would expect to have the doctor's attention and have them want to get to know me or at least seem slightly interested in a new patient. Not here. This was quite disappointing. It took 6 months to get an appointment! When I arrived, the doctor acted like I was bothering her and really rushed me out of my appointment. Basically just wanted to write me a RX and get me on my way. I mentioned that when I booked the appointment I also requested that my annual full body skin scan for cancer or anything suspicious be done. The doctor told me she did not have time to do that and I'd have to book another appointment. Nope, I will find somewhere else to book my next annual appointment... read more

This afternoon I had an appt with yardley derm and I have never been so upset. I paid a 50 copay to see a doctor about removing a mole. I was told they are unable to provide me with there billing detail today on how much it would cost to have it removed. So basically it cost me 50 dollars for a doctor to tell me I have to come back. When I asked about getting my copay back I was told its an office visit . Additionally they only do one removal at a time so you have to keep paying that copay plus whatever it actually costs for the procedure .. For what?? I do not recommend this place. save you're money! I will never ever go back read more

Dr Fried is the best!!!!!! He explains everything in understandable great detail. Extremely knowledgable man!

Horrible waste of time and money! After a 50 minute wait in a packed (obviously overbooked) waiting room, I finally got to see the "physician assistant". I told her I had several problems (rosacea and 2 cysts). She spoke with me about my rosacea (without examining my skin at all), then rushed me out the door. When I asked about the cysts she said we would address them "at my next appointment in 6 weeks". No way am I going back there again- don't waste your time or money. read more

Just saw Dr. Souder for routine annual exam. He is very personable and professional. My exam was on time, thorough, informative, quick, and painless. This was my first derm exam and was much easier than I had imagined. Great office read more

I recently had an appt with DR. Sauder and I wasn't impressed. My co pay is $50 so I expect for a doctor to ask me about my skin, products I use and how long I've had my skin issues. He walks in already knowing what he wants to prescribe me, and doesn't even address all the skin issues I'm having. I was in his office for a total of 5 minutes. I didn't feel that he examined my skin thoroughly, and that I wasn't prescribed proper medication for my issue. read more

I made my apt in person and the girl was very nice , knowledgable and made it very easy to book the two appointments. I was actually excited about getting my first skin consult. I walked into the office and told them my name , gave them my pre-filled out forms. The girl at the front desk told me they are squeezing in two people so we have to hurry up. A girl walked up to the desk and said " follow me". She did not introduce herself, no eye contact, no hello. She walked so fast I had a hard time just keep up with her. Then she said "sit down, what are you here for" at this point I should have walked out. She was very cold , still did not introduce herself and she took a seat to the side of me so I had to turn my head severly to the left just to make eye contact with her. She spent the beginning typing on her i pad. She spent exactly 4 minutes with me. I was booked with tracy for a half hour. I won't ever be going back to her. She is rude, no manners, abrupt just to name a few. I cannot possibly be the first she has treated this way. She certainly does not look fresh to the medical field. When you are dealing with people there must be a certain level of caring and compassion and if I ever treated someone like that I would be out of a job. My second apt was very different. Amy the physician assistant was very nice and professional. She did her job well. Overall I would not recommend this place. Also the recieptionist at the front window needs to be taught some manners. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. read more

The receptionists and girls behind the desk are rude and need to learn social skills. they're unorganized half the time I have an apt. and I've been coming there for years. They ruin my experience as a patient. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE FROM THE LOWER BUCKS COUNTY AREA. I should have know better than to go here after my mother was mistreated by the staff and ended up developing a staph infection after a botched skin biopsy procedure. However, since it had been a few years since that incident occurred and I was interested in going there under different circumstances, I figured I give this office a try. Sadly, I was mistaken. It is obvious, as soon as you walk through the door, that they cater their services for patients of a higher socioeconomic background in the area. I was told that the topical prescriptions I was given would not cost me anything, so it came as a surprise that they actually came up over $200 when I went to pick them up at my local pharmacy later on that day. When I called to explain the situation and asked for a cheaper prescription, they assured me that they would do so and would call me back. Again, I was sadly mistaken. I ended up canceling my next appointment and asked my pharmacy to place a hold on the prescription until it expired. Overall, a very classist environment, unwilling staff, just an unprofessional place altogether. As a side note, I had called my insurance company a week before my appointment and asked them to obtain the tax ID of the physician assistant I was scheduled to see so I could find out whether she was in or out of network. They attempted to contact them FOUR times, each unsuccessfully and without calling my insurance company back. read more

I had a very mixed experience. I when for a skin screening. The PA who saw me, Francesca, was exceptionally professional and personable. My rating for her is 5-star. The administrative staff at the front desk is quite another story. After five minutes of standing at the "greeting" window with not even momentary eye contact from the four women on the other side of the glass, I sat down to fill out the forms I had printed out on-line. (Obviously they don't want to take the time to hand them to you when you arrive, but that makes sense now that I know they don't even acknowledge your existence when you do arrive.) About half way through the form, the window slid open, and I was chastised for using the clipboard at the window to fill out my form. That was the first of three rude encounters I had with the administrative staff. I could go into detail on all three issues, but it all boils down to making the customer feel like he/she is an annoyance. While it's easy to find fault with the people up front, this type of problem is a management/training issue. The owners need to give their administrative staff some basic training in customer service and common courtesy. I guess when you're booked for six months out, there is a sense that the customer should be grateful for the privilege of walking into the office for their appointment. Maybe so, but how much effort would it take to train the front desk personnel in basic skills to make the customer feel just as grateful when walking out of the office? read more
