I've been getting Botox for almost 10 years and this is now one of my favorite places (the other was a plastic surgeon to give you an idea of comparison). Courtney did an amazing job with my Botox. She credited my health regimen to no bruising but no, it's her careful eye and steady hand. She also fixed my recent cheek filler from someone else to make it much more sexy yet natural. I wanted my lips done too but was hesitant from a bad experience. After seeing Grace's I was sold. Courtney listened to what I wanted, giving me a soft, natural and oh-so kissable pout. She was even kind enough to inform me that the product I needed to fit that result was $100 more but it was well worth it. It's always a bit nerve racking to trust a new spa with your face, but their professionalism was apparent, including a very clean office. No gimmicks, only skill and genuine care. It is very noticeable. It looks like a mini Klingon! The botox treatment did not help the line either. As a result, I have developed another wrinkle above the left eyebrow as this muscle has had to compensate for the other paralyzed muscle.

The facility was clean, organized, and the quality of care was outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department was very different. Before scheduling my appointment, I contacted both my insurance carrier and Eagle's Landing to verify that they were in-network and accepted my insurance. I was assured that they did. Based on that information, I proceeded with the appointment. After receiving services, I was surprised to receive a bill stating that my insurance claim had been denied because the provider was allegedly out-of-network. Following the advice of the billing department, I contacted my insurance company. The insurance representative informed me that the issue appeared to be related to credentialing information that needed to be updated and that the provider's office should contact them to resolve the matter. When I called back and spoke with Laura in Billing and Finance, the conversation was disappointing. I simply relayed what my insurance company had told me. Laura placed me on a brief hold, returned almost immediately, and stated that everything had already been handled and that there was nothing more the office could do. I found her attitude dismissive and unprofessional, and she seemed unwilling to investigate the issue further. As a business owner, I suggested that it might be beneficial for the practice to ensure that their credentialing information is current with insurance carriers, as this could potentially affect other patients as well. Rather than considering the possibility, the concern was dismissed. The reason for this review is not the medical care--which was excellent--but the poor customer service I received while trying to resolve what appears to be a legitimate insurance and billing issue. I hope management takes a closer look at this process because the quality of the clinical staff deserves to be matched by the quality of the billing department.

He is an outstanding professional and has a very human side that he does not mind sharing with his patients. I left after only 2 appts, but had decided to leave after the 1st appt when they changed my Rx on a Friday, fully knowing I would run out of my current pain medication the next afternoon. The new Rx wasn't covered by my insurance when they said they even checked that it was, and then no one was available to give me my original Rx until Monday. I called and left several voice mails, I sent several messages on the app, to anyone I could think of, and no reply. Their response, on Monday, I should have went to the emergency room. Cause anyone living on pain management knows, the emg room will give us pain meds, NOT! Anyway, the Dr finally sent my original medication to the pharmacy at 8:20pm Monday night. I learned a few things quickly. They only sent Rx at the end of the day, not patient by patient. That also makes it impossible le to fix problems with the insurance company or pharmacy, until the next day. They don't care if you run out of meds, have problems getting them filled, etc. If that's the type of Dr.s the group has, I wanted 0 to do with them. I only went for the 2nd appt because the new Dr couldn't see me until the week after my follow up for refills. Ohh yes, also, the Dr at this group wanted to do a pain device implant. Great idea if I didn't have severe complications from a prior fusion, scoliosis, DDD, spinal stenosis and more. My current Dr actually laughed when I asked about doing it, cause I liked the idea. His response was NO ONE could play a stimulator in my spine, there was 0 room for electrodes. He said they were promoting it for insurance payment, whether it works or not. He had no idea who the group or the Dr was, and the offices were 40+ mins apart, so generally not in the same circle of physicians.
