You can understand why I was reluctant to get one. Most of my days are spent bare-faced, so there is no time to cover pimples. My facial with Angelique was nothing like the others I've had. She never returned my calls and now the front desk doesn't pick up my phone call caller ID and sends me straight to voicemail. I gave them 4 weeks to make the situation right but now it's my obligation to protect anyone else from getting bad Botox/Dysport from this location. The way they run this business and treat their customers is unethical.

After the healing, I noticed three thick, dark lines at the front of one of my eyebrows. Thick, like I used a Sharpie marker and did my brows myself. I notified the office when they sent me an email to review my results, which I let them know I was very unhappy with the results. Nurse Stephanie called me and said she would do the touch-up at no cost and fix them. As time got close to my appointment, I ended up canceling, as I was just too afraid that it would look even worse after she touched them up. Today, 01/02/2024, , the coloring is not good either. The color is just a faded black. I have dark hair but my hair isn't black. I can say, the only positive thing is the shaping. I am very disappointed in how this turned out. I wish they would just refund me the $600, as it looks terrible. I would not recommend Nurse Stephanie doing microblading. I do not think she is experienced. As a positive, the staff is friendly and the office is clean and I had good results with the Botox I had there in the past. Unfortunately, I will not be going back for further procedures.

When the spa first opened, I was thrilled to have local alternative to driving into Atlanta. After living in McDonough for 45 years, The Honeycomb Cottage quickly became one of my favorite spots. Even after moving, I continued to visit and maintained a membership for over a year and a half. I eventually paused my membership because I had accumulated several unused credits, planning to use those up before restarting. Unfortunately, a series of frustrating experiences has made me decide not to return at all: * I once arrived for a facial and waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I later overheard staff discussing that the aesthetician hadn't shown up and couldn't be reached. Another team member eventually worked me in. * On another visit, my niece and I scheduled facials together. Once again, one of the aestheticians didn't show up, causing delays and confusion. * At another visit, my massage appointment was canceled shortly before my scheduled time due to the therapist having car trouble. While I understand that things happen, I was rescheduled for the following day--only to arrive and find that I wasn't on the schedule. Thankfully, a therapist happened to still be there and kindly stayed to do the massage, even though he was about to leave. * I also once scheduled a HydraFacial, only to learn upon arrival that the machine was broken. I wasn't notified in advance, which was frustrating since the spa enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy but didn't extend the same courtesy to me. This seems to be a common problem and the appointment should have never been scheduled due to it being broken. * When trying to call to make an appointment you have to call several times before getting someone to answer the phone and help. I also tried reaching out to the business about these concerns. It took several weeks of follow-up calls before I finally received a response. They seemed to not really care and make excuses for the actions of the spa taking no blame or ownership of the actions. After they finally got back to me, I was told they would give me a free service, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. Fortunately, I had the email where I was told this. I did use the credit but this was not something that magically makes their actions ok. I hope the spa will improve the client experience going forward. I loved The Honeycomb Cottage in its earlier days and would love to see it return to that standard of reliability and care. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, it feels as though the staff and management don't prioritize communication or accountability the way they once did.

Anyways, after the appointment I scheduled a fill in appointment 2 weeks out on August 5. About a week prior to that fill-in, I messaged Crystal asking if she has another day available that week. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. If you have the type of schedule that allows you to book multiple appointments out for 2-3 months- Crystal is your girl! But if you need any type of appointment or time alteration, even a week and a half out, don't come to Envy.

I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. I actually couldn't feel the lashes at all, there was no transition period. I highly recommend Crystal and I will be a repeat customer when in the area.
