I've been getting Botox for almost 10 years and this is now one of my favorite places (the other was a plastic surgeon to give you an idea of comparison). Courtney did an amazing job with my Botox. She credited my health regimen to no bruising but no, it's her careful eye and steady hand. She also fixed my recent cheek filler from someone else to make it much more sexy yet natural. I wanted my lips done too but was hesitant from a bad experience. After seeing Grace's I was sold. Courtney listened to what I wanted, giving me a soft, natural and oh-so kissable pout. She was even kind enough to inform me that the product I needed to fit that result was $100 more but it was well worth it. It's always a bit nerve racking to trust a new spa with your face, but their professionalism was apparent, including a very clean office. No gimmicks, only skill and genuine care. I contacted this facility to intake me before May and they told me to send my medical history from my previous caregivers. After sending all my information, WHICH WAS MISPLACES AND HAD TO SEND AGAIN, I had to continuously call them everyday for THREE weeks to be seen, just for them to tell me there were too many patients with my due date! As a 32 year old woman with no kids still, I was a bit hesitant in moving forward with the actual procedure , however with a free consult I decided to check it out. I met Dr Larsen and his staff at Buckhead Plastic four weeks prior to my actual surgery date. He was the only plastic surgeon I decided to meet with (some of the others in town wanted to charge me for a consult that would be applied to my surgery, which I thought was a bit odd for a medical procedure) but the one meeting was enough for me to decide I wanted to work with him and his team. On top of that, I heard through friends I know in aesthetics that Dr Larsen was the owner of the Chastain Surgery Center, which in my opinion, says a lot about a doctors success in their profession. From my very first appointment (consult), I felt very comfortable in a situation that isn't "so comfortable" for any woman insecure. The bedside manor of Dr Larsen and his employees made me feel so comfortable, and they were relatable (my nurse told me she had actually had a breast reduction herself)! I received my official "quote" or "consult" (not sure what this is technically called in plastics?) but decided to move forward immediately. One week after my consult, I was able to schedule my breast reduction for several weeks away. During my pre op with Dr Larsen, he probably spent an hour with me (because he is a human and I can talk), which just confirmed once again why I moved forward with this. His ability to make me feel comfortable (first time surgery girl here), but also the time he spent getting to know me, made me feel like he was invested in helping me achieve my desired look. Just. So. Nice. I could make this review go on forever, because of how incredibly changed my life is. I am 6 days post op, and could cry with my incredible results (I did almost cry at my 2nd post op yesterday where I literally gave Dr Larsen a hug). For the first time in my life (after puberty), I am so excited about my boobs! From the staff at the surgery center, the staff at Buckhead Plastic, and Dr Larsen, my anesthesiologist (who's name I cant remember), everyone! Thank you. I was referred to this practice because I was told I could get scheduled quickly. I went for a…read moreconsultation on 6/16/21 and was scheduled for surgery the evening of 6/17/21. An ambulance picked me up from the surgery center after excessive bleeding and bruising was noted on my back were I had lipo of the flanks. I spent 6/18, 6/19 and 6/20/21 at Northside Hospital as a result of the blood loss from this surgery. I was iced down with ice packs and received blood transfusions because I was bleeding out. I was anemic for weeks following the hospitalization but thankful to be alive. I could have left 3 children behind with no mother as a result of this. I received my medical record from this practice and Dr. Larsen notes in there that I would leave a negative review in my medical record!!! I was bleeding out as a result of surgery and could have had a heart attack and died but he was concerned about a possible negative review so much he added that to my medical record. I have the ability to share my experience. I paid a premium for Horrible treatment both surgically and personally. I was excited to spend $16k with Buckhead Plastic for a procedure that Denise recommended--a tummy tuck and flank lipo. As a result, I paid that and have over $32k in hospital bills from my stay at Northside Hospital post operatively. I was mocked when I requested a refund and I was released as a patient as Dr. Larsen detailed I sent hostile emails. They do not like receiving anything other than praise so expressing disappointment is construed as hostile. I filed a complaint with the Georgia Medical Board as a result of his failure to provide proper antibiotics post treatment in addition to all of the above. If you have a bad experience, you need to make the medical board aware as I did. It was not a good experience for me. I do not have the body I wanted. I have paid a premium and he has refused to refund any portion. He offered to operate again and perform "clean up" and I declined given the initial experience, my anemic state and lack of confidence in his ability. I had seroma and hematoma was a result of him fitting me in a garment too loose at Northside Hospital. If I would have read the reviews I would never selected this practice. I was in a rush and I am paying the price for going to a surgeon who had next day availability in ATLANTA!!

I have bought a $79 voucher for 20 units of botox, a $99 voucher for 25 units of botox and a $199 voucher for juvederm. All vouchers are from Groupon. In addition, I have paid $50 for a laser acne treatment to the Stockbridge office directly. In all I would give Jevon Medspa 3 stars. Location: Stockbridge: In a shopping plaza. The surrounding is quiet. Parking is no problem. Decatur: Nice neighborhood. Do park in the garage and ask for parking validation. Facility: Stockbridge: Small, well renovated, clean, with quiet waiting area. Decatur: The spa is located in a hair salon. I found this very weird. I cannot imagine having injections done in a hair salon. I had a peel at this location, which I think is still okay. About scheduling: For my first appointment (botox 20 units), in February, when I called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled me for a date after two weeks. Then before that date, they called me and said they had no inventory of botox and I had to wait another two weeks. So in early March I finally went and had the injection done. For my second appointment (botox 25 units plus juvederm), in late June I called to schedule an appointment, and they scheduled early July, it wasn't too bad. For my third appointment, I want to book for a Laser Acne treatment for which I already paid during my second visit. So this time I was not using a voucher. I began to call them in August; I usually called 3-4 times a week, on different days. I could not reach anyone till last week. Until last week, I was always transferred to the answer machine. Last week, finally someone answered the phone at the Stockbridge location and told me she cannot book the service for me since she is not the one who will do the laser treatment, she told me to call again to reach someone else. After a few calls and a few days, another person picked up my phone at the Stockbridge location and told me that the laser was broken, she wrote down my phone number and told me that she will call me back. I waited for another week, and I did not receive any calls. So yesterday I called the Decatur location and told them about my situation, and they scheduled an appointment today for me. About the treatment: At my first visit (Stockbridge location), I had botox injected in my jaw muscles. I am Asian and I am in my 20s. Most Asian women love to have a smaller face. I found most Medical spa in Atlanta does not know anything about Jaw Muscle Reduction, but at Jeven MedSpa they know about this procedure. The injection was super-fast and almost painless. Chantal Lee did the injection. My jaw muscle began to shrink after a few weeks, love the results. At my second visit (Stockbridge location), I had a second botox injection (25 units) and my first juvederm injection with Jevon MedSpa. Although I am satisfied with the result, I feel that the nurse (Chantal Lee) who administered the injection wants to finish as soon as possible and was not willing to discuss about the expected result with my before the injection. Luckily, (maybe because she is experienced), the results are pretty good. It is worth mentioning that my botox voucher was for Decatur location, which was book out pretty fast. Chantal did honor my vouchers and I had both injections done at the Stockbridge location. Also I had to wait more than an hour for the injections although I arrived on time. At my third visit (Decatur), I planned to have laser acne treatment done. After I changed my clothes was lying on the treatment bed, a male aesthetician told me that since I am Asian, my pre-purchased treatment would not suitable for my skin color. He could use another laser (YAG laser, original price $100), but I need to pay an additional $50 for one treatment. Or he could do 8% salicylic acid peel (original cost $75), and I need to pay an additional $25. I choose to have the peel done. The peel was pretty good. The aesthetician tried to sell 2 products during the treatment, but he was not pushy and I did not buy them. I would NOT recommend this place based on the scheduling process, there are many other good med spas offering treatment at competitive prices. Because of the scheduling process for the third appointment (1 star off), impatience during juvederm injection (0.5 star off) and increasing the price of a pre-purchased treatment (0.5 star off), I give Jevon Medspa (taking average for service done at both locations) 3 stars.
