So far I have been coming to this location for over four years now. This establishment often has Groupon deals for microdermabrasion and other related services. I decided to treat myself to a good microdermabrasion because the deal came back up on Groupon. I made a schedule at least three weeks ahead of time, and booked with my favorite esthetician D. For starters, D is very professional, friendly and skilled at what she's doing. The whole facial is a relaxing escape from reality for about an hour. She's always wears a mask, asks you about your skin regiment and makes sure the client is happy with the results. Without fail my skin feels like butter every time I go in for a microdermabrasion. Thanks to D, I don't get as much black heads as I used to. Massages: If you are looking for the aches and pains to go away then book an appointment with Kayla M. For all massage appointments it's best to book ahead of time. I booked an appointment with her and she was so thorough and made sure all my achy muscles were tended to. This was the worst facial I ever had. The woman was nice but clearly doesn't know how to do facials. Would not recommend this place. They gave me a 45 min facial instead of one hour. They don't use a special light to see pores and don't use steam to do extractions. They don't use a blanket but a plastic wrap that barely covers the table, and I was cold the whole time because there's no clean warm blanket. Also, when you are laying there for 15 minutes, the aesthetician leaves. There's no massage while you're lying there. They also don't cover your eyes while putting lotion on your face. We have to wear masks to even go into a hardware store to look at paint, but these ppl are performing hands on injections where there is blood from the injection sight, and they do not observe mask requirements?! If you live on the South-side of the city then you know there are not a lot of spas nevertheless places that do laser. I started coming to 360 about three years ago when I moved back home from South Florida. My skin did not respond well to the climate and it showed. I started out with microderm and then wanted to explore their other services, which is when I met Dawn. I can now say that I will NEVER let anyone else do laser treatments. Dawn really does care about her clients and will do anything to make sure customers are satisfied. As a woman there are tons of things we are individually conscious about, and being able to share those insecurities and have someone provide services that will help, is everything. So happy there is even a place like this on my side of town. No one likes to go to the city for everything. read more

Worst customer service ever. I've been getting botox for 15 years, and have been coming here for about 4 years. Up until recently I had no issues with botox treatments. They have a new girl doing injections. I spent $300 and had to get a touchup with Zero results! The product is diluted or an off brand. I used to get half the amount with good results. Now I doubled the amount and literally have complete movement with Zero results. When I spoke with Dawn the manager she was rude and condescending. Would not let me talk and said it was Me, not the botox or her employee! I do not recommend this spa. read more

Don't go here for laser tattoo removal. I originally went here do you to a groupon special for two microdermabrasion's on Groupon. Should've just stuck with that, but I was persuaded once I saw that they offered other services one of them being laser tattoo removal. I worked with Dawn on showing her all the tattoos I want it faded and removed. One of the biggest ones being the one on my finger, plus she gave me a good price for all of them. She offered me $10 per treatment for my finger tattoo which I thought was a great deal. Everyone kept going on and on about how great Dawn was and how I was in good hands. I should have asked to see their laser tattoo removal machine first, because one of the major things to avoid are laser machines that literally burn and bubble the skin. After having my one session today not only does my tattoo barely look faded compared to friends who have went through their first laser tattoo removal session, but I can already see it bubbling on the skin. Went in for a 9 am appointment. Patrons are required to use hand sanitizer and adorn a mask as you enter the spa...which is great. When Kayla, the staffer entered the room with my B12 injection she was not wearing a mask. When I asked her the reason for not wearing a mask, she said " I just got here." After giving my B12 injection she said that wearing a mask matters to some customers and not to others and if I had asked her to put one on she would have. There is no excuse for a Medical Spa not to implement and require COVID-19 safety protocols among there staff members in hopes of protecting themselves and their customers. read more

If you want to be called a liar, this is the place for you. Went there about 2 weeks ago, took my appointment book, wanted to sit up Botox. I was told the lady who does this did not work on Friday but they could call her in for a consultation at 9 a.m. Went this morning, they did not have me down for today, said it was yesterday even though had it written down and I told them I knew the person was not there on Friday but was told she would come in for the consult. I was told they did actresses and doctors, was not impressed and why would that have anything to do with me. The manager said I would not leave my phone number, state law they HAD to have it (it is my business phone and do not want unnecessary calls on that). That is the first time in my 70+ years I have ever been told STATE law. The customer apparently is not always right here. I was told they did not want my business and told me to leave. Beware because you could be the next so called liar. read more

This place is an absolute joke. I have now made 4 appointments, all on a variety of days and even taken some time off work to go. ALL have been cancelled within 24 hours. In fact, most of them have been cancelled within less than an a few hours of the appointment. The last time the place didn't even have the nerve to call me. I showed up to a locked door. What makes it even worse is that the one cancelling is Dawn, the quote owner of this place. For some reason, they think sending an email right before you appointment is also an adequate way to cancel. It isn't. And to top it off, when I have asked to reschedule, they provide the worst and most inconvenient times and days. According to the receptionist, Dawn is the ONLY one who can do several procedures as they do not have a backup. Unfortunately she is about as dependable as the damn Titanic. We know how that ended and her business will probably suffer the same fate. It goes without saying that there are a hundred and one med spas in Georgia, it's not hard to find a new place to go and I certainly will. They have made it abundantly clear that my business is not important to them and so I will be taking it elsewhere and I suggest anyone looking to use this pitiful excuse of a business do so as well. read more
