If you need a piercing, don't go to a tattoo parlor, come here! this place is SQUEAKY clean, almost like an operating room with all the gadgets and sterilization gear they use to keep your healing process as pain-free as possible. from start to finish, kayla answered every single one of my nagging questions. she has a comforting aura about her and her gentle guidance made my conch piercing easy and quick, eliminating any anxiety that I had. after just two days, my ear felt comfortable enough to sleep on, and i know it's because of their preparation and clean practices. when i told kayla what i wanted, she came around the table to look at me and told me quickly she would be uncomfortable doing the spot that I picked due to my ear anatomy, and I super appreciate that. not alot of places would look out for you like that. prices are extremely fair and to feed your piercing addiction theres a buy 5 get $10 punch card they give you after your piercing :) they even clean your starter jewelry in a super sonic cleaning machine (absolutely the incorrect term but still i'm impressed) before piercing you and emphasize the need for a follow up appointment to check on healing, some things that no mall boutique or tattoo parlor will EVER do or mention. even on mother's day, they quickly got busy with foot traffic but were still very attentive to detail and extremely thoughtful. i'll never get pierced anywhere else again! read more

i got pierced here last night. i absolutely loved the experience, Kayla made sure to make me feel welcomed. she checked my anatomy to make sure the piercing was a good fit, reassured me when i told her i was a little nervous(i always get nervous with a new piercing), and provided the privacy needed to do the piercing. it was a little busy while i was there, but she made sure to greet everyone and answer everyone's questions and provide aftercare instructions to everyone before leaving. she let me know to come back in 4 weeks to make sure everything is healing properly and see if i need to downsize. she gave me a card with her cellphone and shop numbers on there and told me to message her if i have any questions and concerns. this was completely different from the previous shop i went to where he pierced me and said 'you can find me on instagram if you have any questions'. i fear i have found my new piercing studio, and can't wait to heal the new piercings i have and get more! read more

I researched Kayla and Riley prior to visiting their shop. I used to have a trusted piercer where I lived previously but I am no longer close to her so I had to find a new place to go. I found this shop on yelp with great reviews (despite not many) and I reached out to them on the app. Their response was super quick and I was glad to find out they accepted walk-ins. I decided to stop by the shop the next day and they were able to fit me right in. The shop is very clean, good location, awesome selection of jewelry, great art, cool fish, crystals, plants... you name it. I was in heaven. Then I got to meet these two and they were AMAZING. I lost feeling in my nipples about 3 years ago so I had been considering piercing them for a long time but I was nervous and somewhat embarrassed. They made me feel comfortable and accepted and gave me ALL of the information I needed to know. Bonus that they pierced me at the same time so I didn't have to endure the pokes at different times! They made extra sure of the placement, the jewelry choice, etc. I felt a little woozy right after (always do) and Kayla was quick to notice, lay me down, gave me a coke and some cold wet cloths on my neck and head. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I will happily be coming here in the future for piercings! I'd post photos but it's nips.. but I can say that they look great, no swelling, and I can barely feel any soreness at all unless I touch them to clean them. Best experience ever! read more

After going to another place that botched up a nose piercing, we came here and the experience was night and day. What a team! Kayla and Riley were super friendly and took their time explaining everything, from start to finish. I tried to get pierced somewhere else the night before and it was a total failure. But everything happens for a reason, right? So glad it didn't work out then so that I could come here instead. These guys are amazing! I was a piercing virgin who was thinking about getting gauges. To say i had a lot of questions is an understatement and i am more than happy that this is place I randomly picked to go. All my questions and concerns were addressed before during and after the piercing. When i say after, trust me when i say they have been there for me every step of the way and have never made me feel bad/ignorant/or anything else negative. The customer service alone is would have been enough for me to recommend this place but the knowledge of the craft and care for each client and there wants and needs are also exceptional.
