I texted them for a quote and they said it's best to come by for a free consultation. So... I came by. I wanted this figure with drawers (popular in Dali's artworks) and it's also serving as a coverup for an old tattoo. Hieu gave me a very reasonable price and I decided to go with it then and there. It turned out perfect! His attention to detail and the precision on the coverup made me a happy client. The shop is clean and everyone seems welcoming. The preferred payment is electronic. I paid via Zelle. No doubt I'll consider Hieu again for my future tattoos!

Gabriel took great care of me through five back-to-back days of tattoo sessions, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. He was professional, patient, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Five straight days is a lot, but Gabriel made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. I really appreciate the time, effort, and attention to detail he put into my tattoo. March 2026 Update: I recently reached out to the studio…read morebecause their public response to my original review came across as sincere and open to making things right. They apologized for the miscommunication, acknowledged the issue, and invited me to return so we could "discuss how to make it right." However, when I contacted them privately, the tone was completely different. Instead of the openness expressed publicly, I was told they "don't think we would be the best fit" because I had shared my experience in a review. The message was defensive, dismissive, and focused on reiterating their pricing rather than addressing the actual concerns I raised -- the inconsistency, the lack of transparency, and the way I was treated when I returned to the shop. I'm adding this update because there is a clear difference between the studio's public-facing tone and their private follow‑through. I reached out in good faith based on their own invitation, but the response I received did not match the sincerity shown in their public comment. Future clients deserve to know both sides of the interaction.
