The night we went, the vibes there were truly so wholesome and welcoming. We immediately hit it off with a couple of folks who were also getting tattooed that night and hyped each other up about what we were getting. We ended up laughing so much and this night will remain a core memory for me. My roommate and I were there for a matching themed tattoo and Janice did an excellent job in making sure the size and placement of our tattoos made sense. She even decided to flip my stencil around to ensure it flowed correctly. Janice has a light hand and my experience was never painful. She makes you feel comfortable to speak up if you need a break, which is so important.

She had the stencils ready and we talked about placement, and decided on my arm. I'm pretty sure that Olivia used to work at another shop that I got my larger tattoo done at, so I was familiar with her style, the type of pressure she would apply. All in all, the tattoo took about 2 hours with 1 5-10 min break because my arm was falling asleep. Her line work is so amazing (I've gotten compliments already and it's still under the second skin). She took some videos and pictures and sent them to me via dm along with the follow-up instructions. I really love the work that Olivia does and I definitely plan to return in the future!

They really know their stuff when it comes to tattoos and piercings, especially aftercare, which is super helpful!!!! (Your girl used to dry heal her tattoos because everyone who gave me advice on them were previously incarcerated ) Every time I've gone in with my friends, they've been so welcoming and friendly. There aren't many shops that actually feel welcoming. We've followed a few of our artists here, but the whole team is great. It feels like one big family here. There is so much I could say about this shop!!! The shop is always clean, which is a big plus for me. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, offering plenty of breaks if you need them. It's clear they care more about their clients' safety than just making money. Oh, and a pro tip: make sure to eat a snack or a small meal before getting any tattoo or piercing so you don't end up feeling dizzy (no more raw dogging tattoo sessions anymore we are grown now). So thank you to the crew at Redemption ink for all of the good work we've received here :)!!!

My artist took their time from start to finish, making sure every detail was just right. You can tell they put real passion and pride into their work--it's not just about getting the tattoo done, it's about making sure it's something you'll love forever. They checked in often during the session to make sure I was feeling good and comfortable, which made a huge difference in the overall experience. The vibe in the shop is super chill but still professional. You immediately feel at ease walking in. And the owner? Incredibly nice and down-to-earth. You can tell they've built a place that's focused on quality, respect, and making every client feel welcome. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo and want to go somewhere that truly values both the art and the person wearing it, Redemption Inc. is the place. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
