Yet we immediately saw another family dining with a stroller, and on our way out there was literally a lineup of strollers near the entrance. There also isn't a changing table, so I had to go back to the car just to change our infant. The food was equally disappointing and extremely overpriced. The calamari portion was tiny, my fish was soggy with the batter falling off and cold fries, and my daughter's sweet-and-sour chicken was mostly batter. My husband ordered a 20-ounce ribeye well done and received what was essentially a medium-rare steak. Our server, Jordan, brought the issue to the manager, Amanda, who only discounted the improperly cooked steak by 50%. When my husband asked to speak with Amanda, we were told she was "too busy" to come to our table. Jordan even commented that there were "a bunch of high schoolers in the kitchen." For the prices they charge, the food, service, and management were incredibly disappointing. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We will not be back.

The outdoor patio dining area is probably one of the most tired looking on the street of downtown Grand Haven with chipped paint on stools and old umbrellas (what few there were). The romaine had a "char" and it added a little smokiness that paired well with the sharp tang of the dressing. I had the wedge, it's a classic at a steakhouse and it did not disappoint. I requested no red onion and there was not one to be found . The dressing was really good and not the super thick goop it is at other establishments. There was a good amount of quality bleu cheese and the iceberg was cold and crisp. For entrees I knew I wanted something that would reheat well. I rarely finish my entrees and anticipated bringing half of it home. I went with the Chicken Parmesan. It was incredible! NOTHING like any chicken parm I've ever had. It had a lemon basil beurre blanc sauce that was to die for. I highly recommend this take on a classic. He had the ribeye steak and he was very pleased. Cooked to perfection.
