Overall a relaxing experience. The ambiance in the spa room was calming; couldn't really hear any noise from the store outside. They had spa music playing (however it would intermittently play commercials as well- still not too disruptive). The treatment bed was warm which was nice as it was a cold/rainy weather day. The headspa treatment itself was like the best parts of having someone shampoo/condition your hair as well as giving a head, neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards your hair is toweled dry and you're able to blowdry your hair yourself with their hairdryer. They also have combs, brushes, shower caps, hair ties, mousse and hair spray available for use.
