I came here because I had a gift card through Spafinder. I was able to book an appointment online without any problems. As I walked into the space it immediately thought what a cute space and felt the sense of relaxation. My masseuse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was very thorough and also made sure to ask me how as I was feeling as she was working on me. She worked through the knots and tense parts of my body but also gave me warning of it was going to hurt. She ended my session with 5 minutes in the steam room which you wouldn't think would do much but it was a nice touch to loosen up the muscles. I found Renew through Groupon while searching for a masseuse in Atlanta. I had heard about V Steams and saw they were offering them with a foot massage. Perfect! I wanted to experience a V Steam due to its help with fibroids, fertility, and migraines. I called and spoke w/ Robyn scheduled an appointment very efficiently for the next week. Upon arrival Robyn had me wash my hands, asked about my health, and had me sign a Covid disclosure. Afterwards I put on a silk gown, sat on the steamer, and steamed maybe 15 minutes before Robyn gave me a foot and hot stone massage. I suffer from extreme anxiety so the neck/head massage where she "opened my chakra" (something like that) was AMAZING! You feel the tension/energy being released through your feet. If you have anxiety, it works wonders; it's highly recommended! I was also given a glass of wine! MY FAV! I steamed for maybe 15 more minutes nearly 30 in total. Robyn was very warm, informative, and the way she described the health and sex life benefits of the V Steam I scheduled another one for next week. And will persuade my sister to come along. I have been a huge fan of Renew uLounge for some time now. This review is long overdue. Words can't express my gratitude for good talent. My first experience there was a masterpiece. I was pampered by the therapist Robyn and ultimately experienced relief in areas of my body that I have never felt before. The layout is very inviting. Renew uLounge offers a variety of services but for me the massage was my one and only focus. My masseuse took her time and asked question about problem areas, had I been experiencing any pain or discomfort. After the evaluation I was told that I needed to stay hydrated. Robyn took her time and worked out all the tension and kinks in my legs and back. I have had two knee surgeries a while back for torn meniscus and my body has been compensating for the difference ever since. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place has the WORSE communication. My son purchased me a Groupon for Mother's Day. I scheduled an appointment of 9/6/21 for 9/27/21. I'm a teacher and wanted to start my vacation with a nice one hour massage. I thought like most places if you put a credit card on file your appointment is secure. I was sadly mistaken. I received a phone call on 9/22/21 @ 8:14 pm. I didn't answer because I wasn't available. At 8:26 pm I received a text message stating my appointment had been cancelled and already taken. How is this possible if it was cancelled 12 minutes after my what is said to be a second attempt. I never even received the first attempt they claimed to have made. I really believe it was cancelled because of the Groupon. They make more money having a paying person take my spot versus the $40 Groupon used to book my 1 hour massage. BEWARE!!!!! read more

They then tell you to choose one of their other 25 options but you can't use the Groupon towards that service and they have no idea when or if that esthetician will retun. Sends misleading texts like "Replacement isn't an issue unfortunately" So I politly ask if it is or isn't only to get a return one that starts with "Excuse me" As I try to explain why I was confused on text I get a call from the owner who doesn't allow me to get a word in - that her text was clear and I'm the confused one, she then hung up. This place will close or change names in a year with an owner as rude as Robyn! Stay as far away as possible. Thank goodness we were still in the refund time permitted on Groupon.
