Jade was at the front desk when I arrived this morning and was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude to me. I had just gone in for an IV, but her abysmal attitude made me turn around and leave. She is not the type of person who meets the standards of decent customer service for a fast food service, let alone a wellness therapy provider. I would hope the owners of Hydra+ do not find it okay to speak to another human, let alone a paying customer, in such a way.
