My boyfriend & I had reservations for the couple's massage and that is exactly what we received. We had Cecilia and Lexie, who were nothing short of professional masseuses. They asked us where we'd like them to focus on during our massage from the very start. Great customer service skills. Their hands were so magical. They both rubbed every knot out of our bodies. We didn't want to leave the massage tables but when we did, we felt so refreshed. The only unfortunate part is the hour goes by super quick. (Time flies when you're having fun, right? lol) Nonetheless, it is so worth it. If you're in the area or even if you're not, book a reservation. You will not regret it.

I appreciated her transparency that it would cost $30 extra as well as the recommended collegen treatment. The 50 min treatment was wonderful and relaxing. She started with a cleansing scrub and cucumbers on my eyes to the main treatment and ended with a neck massage. The bed was very comfortable - heated and elevated the knees. I wished they had later times available so I can just roll into bed! Afterwards, Laura greeted us and offered champagne, tea or coffee, water and chocolates as we sat on chair putting our feet on exfoliating mineral rocks and soaking it in warm water. I just wish the chair was shorter so that I can actually lean back but for my tall friends, that was not an issue. Loved how friendly Laura was! When you pay for your treatments, the products used are by the counter and I appreciated there was no pressure to buy. Overall a wonderful experience!

First, unlike the regular "Standard" massages that simply follow a routine and don't really assist in any pointed areas as requested, Joel actually takes care of the parts you point out and help those areas. Second, pressure. I like my massages with extreme pressure. He managed to hit this pressure no problem which is great for athletes and people who have tough knots. Lastly, attitude. Most therapists are either ninjas or politicians. One is too quiet and I feel uncomfortable saying anything. The other talks too much when I want to sleep. Joel provides a vibe that it is up to the client who decides the conversation. Highly recommend Joel. I would also suggest that you simply tell him what you want and don't feel uncomfortable asking for targeted focus areas. Thanks Joel!
