We stopped here for dinner on a whim as they were one of the only spots open on a Sunday. Very limited menu, definitely some German traditional items but I'd have to say the food taste and quality was a little below what we were expecting. They have tons of seating available, nice wait staff and good prices on Paulaner liters of your favorite brews. I got the beef brisket which was fattier than you'd expect and the Knödel was as bad as I remember. That's not the restaurants fault, I just don't care for these things, bland and just taste like light yellow.
The brisket was good with generous portions and the horseradish cream was tasty
She had the Käse Spätzle with bacon and it was decent. We just came from Allgäu though and no one beats their Allgäuer Käse Spätzle so maybe our tastes were off because of that. The place was fine but if the option presents itself, we'd recommend you go elsewhere. read more
