I went here for a spray tan a few years ago and it was one of the most unproffesional treatments that I have ever gotten anywhere! I was led to a back room that looked more like a storage area than anything else. The room was dark and crowded with boxes and I was asked to take off my clothes and stand on what appeared to be a dirty/ stained carpet sample. I recieved my spray tan and waited there for it to dry enough to put my clothes back on, pay and leave. I went here with my mother in law for a nice afternoon. She had a facial that was great. I had schlack polish done by Ronda. She was mean distracted and did a terrible job. My nails have bubbles in the polish. My skin was painted to my nail. The tips weren't covered all the way and look cracked after an hour. We both got pedicures as well and Ronda did my mother in law's. It was the most unrelaxing pedicure ever. She pulled at my mother in law's leg and seemed irritated the entire time. My pedicure was done by another woman and it was quite nice. Overall our experience was not a good one. The building had little parking and looked a little run down. The inside looked 'artsy' with an unfinished floor and poorly textured walls. I will not return here ever. read more

I have tried this spa twice. Both appointments were disappointments, each for a mani/pedi. The nail tech/owner was unfriendly and inattentive. More importantly, the mani/pedis themselves were the least relaxing I've had. The first time, I asked for Shellac on my hands, and the polish was done hurriedly and sloppily. She was on a personal phone gossip session while she worked on my feet, which was annoying to listen to and the pedicure itself was blah. My whole experience was unpleasant enough that I didn't want to return. And I wouldn't have, had it not been for a gift card I later received from a friend. During the last occasion, when she went to remove my toe polish, I told her the old polish was Shellac and she was visibly irritated, "Well that changes everything," then scolded, "Shellac is NEVER necessary on the toes," while shaking her head. I felt like a child who had just peed her pants in class or something. After the polish was removed, she brought a bowl of water for my feet to soak. The water was barely warm. The pedi was, again, subpar - I remember my heels still felt rough when I left. There were very few colors of polish to choose from in a tiny basket on the table. Then she said that, because of the time taken to remove the Shellac (which took MAYBE 10 extra minutes), she wouldn't be able to do a mani for me since there wasn't enough time (mind you, no one else was waiting). Nonetheless, I felt more than ready to leave. When I handed her the gift certificate, she acted disappointed and did not give me any form of credit for the manicure I should have received. I could go into further detail but I'm sure you get the point. The whole experience was, again, uncomfortable and disappointing. I was more stressed when I left than when I came in. To sum it up, never again. And no, I didn't return for the manicure. read more

I emailed them twice and kept checking my email and after 3 days of no response I phoned them and the girl on the phone Trisha was so rude to me. She said "yeah I don't think we check the email very often." She never even apologized. Their website says to contact them that way. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. I wanted to give my terminally Ill mother in law a special treat to her first pedicure. I spent double the amount of money I spend on my pedicures to make sure she had a "spa" treatment with extra goodies, peaceful setting, etc. Well I meet her there about 10mins after her session started and I was appalled. The woman's grandchild was there and he was not a pleasant child, he did not listen to the grandma who interrupted my mothers treatment several times to get on him, she kept answering the phone, and helping others who walked in the door. Seriously WTF!! There was no peaceful setting, it was very cold inside and her damn gel machine didn't even work properly. Even this kind of treatment isn't allowed in the "mall salons". I am so disappointed and will NEVER EVER go there again. I am so upset for my mother in law. Very sad pathetic experience. read more
