Absolutely terrible job and service. The first time I want to hear my shirts came back all wrinkly increased on the collars and cuffs. I dropped off the second batch of shirts, hoping this wouldn't happen again. When I saw that it happen to the second patch, I spoke to the person behind the counter about it. His attitude was pretty much "this is machine dry cleaning, so this is pretty much what you get. I can send it back out again, but it is a machine so it might not change that much." Wish I looked at these reviews. Avoid this place at all costs. I had an important event for my daughter. I explained how important it was to have the suit back on time. They promised me Saturday at 4pm. At 4:30 i went to pick up my items they couldn't locate the suit. After an hour they told me they found it and I could come pick it up. Which meant I had to now drive all the way back. What they handed me when I arrived was a crumpled up suit that was now dirty and unwearable. I begged them to at least press the suit and they refused. The manager also refused to contact me They were clear. They care less about customers or the level of service they offer This place is awful. Stay away!!!! read more

Premier? Absolutely not. BE CAREFUL and save yourself the hassle. I had to visit this dry cleaner FOUR times just to pick up a SINGLE item. Was told it would be ready in a week. A month later, the price I was forced to pay was not the price originally quoted. So thankful I only dropped one item! After all that wait time and the dishonest pricing, the seamstress botched my clothes. Again, BE CAREFUL! I'm going back to the seamstress in Sandalfoot Plaza. This dry cleaner is close to my house and I get coupons for them in the mail all the time. They are located in a big strip mall next to Publix and Massage Envy. The people behind the counter are usually very friendly and they are open later than most place (open till 7pm). The prices are comparable to most dry cleaners in the area as well, around $6 for pants etc. The main problem I have with this place is parking. Now I have no problem walking to my car but sometimes I want to pull up grab my stuff and go. I was spoiled when I was living in Coral Springs because the dry cleaner over there was a drive through with super fast service. This comes in handy when the Florida weather isn't so beautiful and you want to spare your newly dry cleaned clothes from getting wet. Boca's Premier Dry Cleaners destroyed an extremely expensive dress and refused to take responsibility. I recommend you avoid this dry cleaner at all cost. If they treat your clothes like they did mine, you will get all your clothes back completely ruined due to their negligence. I brought in a never-worn Emilio Pucci dress to have scuff marks removed from the hem. When I got the dress back, it was full of holes, front and back. They didn't even tell me about the damage. They just returned it without saying anything. These holes are large and all over the dress, making the dress completely unwearable. The front also has damage as if they dripped glue or some substance that hardened on it. To add insult to injury, the scuffs on the hem weren't even cleaned. When I returned to complain, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and tried to blame the manufacturer of the dress. Do not take your clothes to Boca's Premier Dry Cleaners (AKA Web Dry Cleaners). THE WORST!! SOOOO RUDE!! I took in a pair of polyester pants to be taken in. When I went to pick up the pants, everything looked okay. The lady took off about an inch and charged $17.00. I brought them home to wear that night and noticed there was a hole in the butt. This was pretty upsetting. I brought them in the next day and pointed the hole out to the receptionist and she said she would relay the message to the seamstress and I could pick them up Friday. I happen to work in the plaza of this establishment so I stopped in today (Thursday) to see what the status was. The seamstress pulled out my pants and said the hole was not made by her and obviously I bought them this way but she would gladly sew the inch sized hole for another $17. I have never been so shocked by the lack of customer service. I will never return to this place. read more

Unfortunately, I did not avail myself to Yelp reviews before dealing with Premier dry cleaners, which I chose simply because it was near my dwelling... A huge mistake... AVOID THIS CLEANER OR U WILL BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS. Here's my story( without embellishment although this cleaning business deserves my embellishment). Premier closes its doors at 6 p.m.on Sat as designated on its front door.....arrived at the cleaners at 5 minutes BEFORE 6pm( realizing closing time was 6 p.m.).... the door was locked but the 2 employees inside looked at us clearly indicating that they were closed even though it was five minutes before their closing time on my CELL phone clock. According to their internal wall clock it was just 6 p.m. running 5 minutes fast. They said they go by their clock and not my cell phone clock. Therefore, they would NOTallow me to pick up my cleaning item When they came out of the store after I told them they lost new a customer..the shorter of the two employees responded angrily with tremendous vitriol stating that I was a "mean man"..... yelling LOUDLY at me .....Unbelievable, but true. This has been their pattern in the past. See prior reviews By the way our cleaning bills were normally $75 to100 a month as per my previous cleaning hx up north..... as a new customer, who did nothing wrong ,but ask them why they closed 5 minutes before their closing time with TOTAL inflexibility.. I soon realised that we are dealing with a PATHOLOGICAL business that does not aim to please its customers .... they are screwed up clockwatchers who apparently don't need the business ....But fortunately.... I brought in a $400 shirt and SPECIFICALLY asked for, and were charged for, dry cleaning, due to the colors and embroidery. Instead, they ruined the shirt by either laundering it in hot water, or using too hot an iron. The colors inside the cuffs and collar bled through to the front side of the white shirt. They claimed that "dry cleaning" does not mean dry cleaning. Instead it means "special attention", which it did not get, as evidenced by the collar stays pressed and bent on the shirt, and my instructions not being followed. Not sure if there is a separate dictionary for dry cleaners? They claim to have followed the label instructions but not mine. I contacted the manufacturer and another dry cleaning store, who both said the shirt was probably pressed to hot while wet. I spoke to the owner on the phone from the store, but he would not provide me with contact information, when I told him we were going to file a small claim. I will never go back!!! read more

The Yamato Road location ruined my scarf by ripping a hole in it and denied responsibility - THEN even refused to refund me the money that I paid the for the cleaning!!!!! - not to mention what it was worth- There was a stain that they could not get out and used some severe agitation method, resulting in shredding it to pieces and placing it nicely on a hanger. I gasped when I looked at it!!! The poor girl behind the counter didn't know what to say since she'd seen it before and after. It was also many shades lighter than what it once was. The Manager was not there and then would not return my calls - I reported them to the Better Business Bureau who repeatedly tried to contact them but the cleaners never responded during the month they were given to respond. I even have photos of what they did. The Better Business Bureau said that the Manager did not even acknowledge anything. They told me I "could" go to court for it - but since I do not have time I just advertise for them....I go to the restaurants in that shopping center regularly and never leave without pointing out their location and the service they provide. They do the biggest page ad for dry cleaning constantly in the local magazines that come to the house....and I will continue to share my experience with this cleaners and pass it on every opportunity I can. !!!!!!! Spoke to seamstress on phone and agreed that IF the work was to cost more than $21 that she would call me. Otherwise it would be ready by that Saturday. MY ADVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! WEAR DIRTY CLOTHES BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS DRY CLEANER!!! Unfortunately, we did not look on Yelp before trying this dry cleaner. We FIRED THEM TODAY!!! We recently started using them to drop off and pick-up at our house. For premium prices, they deliver extremely subpar service. They have cleaned about fifteen garments for us, and broke two buttons on shirts where they charged us extra for dry cleaning instead of laundering. THEY didn't notice, we needed to remind them of course. The last straw was when they lost an expensive Tommy Bahama silk dress. They charged us to clean the sash of the dress (Of course a separate charge!), and returned that, but NO DRESS. WE ALSO HAD A CHARGE ON OUR ACCOUNT FOR A DRESS, BUT NO DRESS!!! When we confronted them about WHERE'S THE DRESS? The driver Pavel, who said he owned the company, pointed to a blouse that was the length of a regular T-SHIRT and said that was the dress on the receipt. SO WHICH ONE IS IT? DID YOU CHEAT ME AND CHARGE ME A DRESS PRICE FOR CLEANING A BLOUSE, OR DID YOU LOSE THE DRESS? EITHER ONE IS TERRIBLE!!!! And this response from Pavel the company OWNER??? I had Boca Premier Dry Cleaners dry clean my $4,000 St. Johns Dress. I have had them dry clean other things less expensive before and have had no problems for 10 years. I am not sure if they are under new management. In my opinion they are not equipped to dry clean expensive clothing. One of my employee's dropped off my dress that had a perfume stain towards the bottom. The girl at the counter wasn't sure what to do so she wrote a note and marked where the stain was. She specifically told my employee that they would not touch the dress until she spoke to the person that cleans them and they would call the number on the ticket before anything was done. Nobody called the number on the ticket and they had the audacity to charge me $17.00 for labor without touching my dress. Now I need to take my dress somewhere else and they refused to give me a refund. I asked what they did to the dress and the gentleman had no answer for me. On Nov. 3, 2014, I dropped off my 72" white Swedish tablecloth to be cleaned at Personal Touch Cleaners, also known as Boca Premiere Dry Cleaners. I had had the tablecloth cleaned there several times & never had a problem until now. I didn't pick up the tablecloth until 2/11/2015. I generally only use it on 2 holidays per year so it didn't occur to me to take it out of the plastic until ready for use 2 wks later. Upon unfurling the tablecloth, which had been folded in a way that would hide the damage, I was shocked to find the 72" cloth was now stretched to 96 inches, had holes all the way down the center of the cloth, where it had been stretched & scorched, and the lace trim was dangling off the bottoms all the way around. The next day, on 3/3/2015, I took the cloth back to the cleaners & spoke to Melodie, the cashier. It appears to be a family operation. She indicated she would turn the matter over to her boss & he would contact me. Three days later, on 3/6, having heard nothing, I phoned the cleaners & spoke to Melodie again. She said her boss said I had waited too long to come back and they were not going to refund me the $18 & are not going to fix it. They are also still in possession of the tablecloth. They always delivered what they promised at a fair price, I recently had a problem with my time management that they handled and saved me from a major problem. I had to pick up a suit and dress for a party that night and forgot to do it. I called the store and told them my dilemma and they agreed to stay an extra 15 minutes so I could get there. Boca Premier's Dry Cleaners lost two of my designer dress shirts. When picking up my order, a new attendant informed me that they had miscounted and that I had delivered two shirts less than they had confirmed on the claim ticket. After first denying and then accepting my claim they offered reimbursement of $100 for the shirts plus $50 in-store credit for the inconvenience. I received a $100 check in the mail about a week later. So far so good! The following week I delivered a new laundry order and reminded them of the store credit. After consulting with the store manager by phone, the attendant said that I had misunderstood. I called the Manager later to confirm the store credit offer, and he insisted that I misunderstood and that he had given me a choice of a direct cash reimbursement of $100 OR a store credit of $50 and that I had opted for the cash refund. This explanation defies any further comment! I want to add that I have been a customer of this business for many years and must have spent thousands of dollars in dry cleaning and laundry over this period. No more! Management at this establishment is evidently not aware of prominent customer service studies that show that "a satisfied customer will tell 2-3 people about his/her experience yet unhappy customers will share their bad experiences with many!" Dropped off a $600 king size bedspread for dry cleaning, was told it would be one week. After one week I called to make sure it was there and went to pick it up. As I was getting ready to pay for the item I saw a stain about the size of a quarter which was not there when I dropped it off. Pointed it out to the girl behind the counter who then said they would take care of it. The next day my wife stopped into the store to check on any progress and talked to the owner on the phone. He started to tell my wife that the stain was from some kind of juice and must have been on the bedspread when I brought in. My wife calmly stated that was not the case and the owner became very rude and started yelling at her and that it was not their fault and started to give my wife a very hard time. Now the bedspread is to be ready in two days and I will be the one picking it up as he will find me a very different person to deal with then my wife. His people damaged the bedspread and he is the one that has to make it right. Period If the owner makes it right I will come back here and state that. read more
