From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. We had a big trip, 8-day trip coming up, so we wanted to get Remy into daycare for a few months (1x a week), just to get familiar with Maria + Michele / the new environment, so that ultimately he'd feel better once we put him under their care during our 8 day trip. We were honestly so worried about where to put Remy-- he is shy with new people, not a great eater, and can be nervous about being alone. After telling all this to Maria, we were met with nothing but optimism, patience, and clear experience and knowledge of how to work with all different kinds of dogs. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. A very overdue review for No Bull Rehab…read more A little background on our dog, Bubba: we adopted him from the Inland Valley Humane Society after looking for a young adult dog who would fit well with our two small kids. Bubba, a 2-year-old shepherd bulldog mix, seemed perfect -- sweet, potty trained, and a staff favorite. We fell in love immediately. Once we brought him home, though, we realized he had some significant behavioral challenges. Bubba was highly reactive to other dogs and had severe separation anxiety. He was destructive when left alone and even injured himself trying to escape two metal crates. Managing his anxiety while also handling his reactivity became overwhelming for our family. I've had dogs my whole life, so at first I tried working through it on my own. Eventually, though, it became clear we needed professional help. We met with several trainers, but nothing felt like the right fit. Many approaches seemed like temporary fixes that didn't address the root causes of his behavior. When we were expecting our third child, I knew we needed a real solution, so I started researching behavior-focused board-and-train programs. After a lot of searching, I found No Bull Rehab through a rescue organization they worked with. From the very first interaction, Sarah was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and informative. That communication alone stood out immediately. We brought Bubba in for a consultation with Drew and Sarah, and after just one meeting, we knew they were the right people for him. Their ability to read and explain his behavior was such a relief. Drew is so calm and completely in tune with all things dog. We enrolled Bubba in their 8-week behavior modification board-and-train program focused on his reactivity and anxiety. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. We received regular updates and always felt informed and supported. At one point, Bubba injured his foot by puncturing in between his toe on a walk during training, and they took incredible care of him -- coordinating vet visits, follow-ups, and adjusting his training while he healed. We trusted them so much that we chose to leave him there during recovery rather than bring him home. What really made the difference was that Drew didn't just train Bubba -- he trained us. He showed us realistic, sustainable ways to structure our daily life so Bubba could feel safe, calm, and successful. Unlike other programs that required hours of daily training, No Bull's approach fit naturally into real family life. The change in Bubba has been incredible. He's still himself -- a little anxious and quirky -- but now we have the tools to manage him safely and confidently. We can walk him daily, leave him home alone, and enjoy life with him instead of constantly living on edge. Most importantly, he's happier, and so are we. Even after training, Sarah and Drew have continued to be responsive and supportive whenever we've had questions. We live in Orange County and still bring Bubba back to No Bull whenever we travel because they know and understand him so well. Heidi is my personal dog. We tried one trainer for a few days and she was so bad I fired her. I then bit the bullet and hired Dog Training Elite in Los Angeles. They were a little more expensive than other trainers, but Heidi was impossible for me to train, despite all my efforts. Jon, the owner came to the house for a free consult. At that time he was the only trainer at Elite as they had just opened in LA. He later got another trainer, Clayton. Both worked with Heidi and pretty much failed, but they helped her with a few things. Now, you would think I would write a bad review, but no. No one, I don't think will ever be able to get the most stubborn, spoiled 120 pound monster to do a thing, but I love her. Jon and Clayton were never late, not once and that is important to me. Both could see my frustration, but they kept trying and trying and they did mange to get her to do a couple of things. They kept their appointments as they should. I could see all the effort they were putting into getting Heidi to cooperate. They would teach stay and the next day she would refuse. They taught heel which she has never done for me. Nothing lasted more than a day or two and I did all my assigned home work--yes, they give homework to help your dog succeed. They even went so far as to give me a couple extra sessions at no cost because she was such a pain. They did everything they could. But Heidi was just not having it. But, she loved Jon and Clayton so much. She would get so excited when they came to the door. She especially loved Clayton, sorry Jon, but a girl gets a crush and what can you do. She loved them both though and they were so good to her. They kept their promises (the inability to get Heidi to do much is not their fault). There are only a few dogs that just won't or can't be trained and I have one under my feet as I write. They never broke her spirit-so important. She is loving, never would bite and is so very sweet. She is great with other dogs. That said, I have had to hire a dog walker because I am older and Heidi will just knock me over and no one should ever walk a dog they can't control at all times. I know she misses her time with Jon and her crush Clayton and if for a second I thought they could train my big beast I would hire them again. But she is fully grown now and I don't see what anyone else could have done. They tried it all. I work with her everyday and she just looks at with a "No, not doing that" face. She is wonderful, just the most stubborn dog I have ever seen in my many years. They did show her such love, that I do think they helped her be the happiest dog. What I love about Jon and his company is how professional they are. They keep up with the latest training tactics. They are kind. They clearly love dogs. So, I do recommend them. They know what they are doing, but they are not going to hurt a dog and make her depressed just to get the result they want, I won't either. They just love dogs and I bet never fail. Heidi is just, well, a rare exception. And I also think she has a tad bit of brain damage for what reason we don't know. Had nothing to with Jon or Clayton. So hire them. The cost was excessive beyond reason, yet the instruction provided was thin and of little effect. True training was scarce, and what was offered bore no proportion to the price exacted. Much was spoken of in promise, yet little was fulfilled in action. Moreover, it became plain to me that the owner is, in truth, a man of business rather than of training. His concern appeared fixed upon commerce and sale, not upon the art and discipline of working dogs. The depth of knowledge and hands-on mastery one would expect of a true trainer was notably absent. The so-called lifetime group lessons were especially ill-conceived. Participants were made merely to walk about cones, oft amidst dogs of aggressive disposition, without meaningful instruction, correction, or structure. Such exercises served neither dog nor handler and offered little more than confusion and risk. In sum, I found the value wanting, the instruction shallow, and the leadership misaligned with the craft it professes. I would urge any who consider this establishment to proceed with great caution, lest they pay dearly and gain little in return. Thus I set down my judgment, plainly and in good faith.

I struggled for sometime to find a dog trainer for my elder dog who is 8yrs old and by some a caution dog being an American Bully as well as my dog never been to training. I went to and contacted a few. They all stated 3/6 weeks and your dog would be brand new. I met with Raul from Buddy Paws who insisted I bring my dog panda with me. At this meeting Raul took ahold of Panda and it was like he knew him and from there Raul broke down his plan and exceptions and I just felt that was the best course because it was realistic. Raul was able to start immediately and the cost made sense as well. I set for 3weeks train and board and I was provided with video updates everyday on the progress. I can say I was impressed by how Raul worked as this was my dog's 1st time. He was even dropped off by Raul at the end and we were given a hand off training. I used these skills and was super elated.
