Upon approaching the service desk Joe Garcia was very attentive to answer my questions in reference to the washer I was looking to purchase. Can't say enough about the Deliver driver, he was working solo but knew what he was doing, he delivered and installed in less than 30 minutes, very courteous and professional. Thank you Maytag Home Appliance Center.

I would like to start by saying there is no option for zero stars. Had I read another users review…read moreprior then I would have stayed clear of this welding business. I had a custom rack made for .my truck and tool box that Michael Bobadilla was more than happy to take. We came up with a design agreed on a price. He asked me for a deposit, I'm assuming for the materials, in which I paid in full. I'm not sure if that's where I went wrong but it took them 3 weeks to finish a job that should have taken 3 days. He stated that there were other jobs ahead of me and I acknowledged this. However I feel as if I was put on the back burner because they were already paid and I said I had another vehicle. Communication was very poor and I was told for over a week and a half that it would be ready the next day and it kept dragging on and turning into the next day. I went as far as to bring a case a beer by to try to help the job along. Here is the issue, I went by once and found the doors unlocked and keys in the ignition, no harm I removed keys and told Michael. It was after I picked up my truck that I noticed gouges in the paint on top of the roof and around the bed. And a large amount of slag ( molten steel from the welding process) all over the roof, quarter panel windows and rear window. I told Michael the same day I picked it up, and he said he would resolve it. When I brought the truck to him he tried claiming the paint damage on the bed was either prior damage or vandalism, "he couldn't confirm that it was his employees" the window and roof is undeniable and he admitted that it was his fault. He said he would get back to me in a few days with solutions but I have since stopped recieving responses from him. Damages are in excess of $2700, back window alone was $500. I do not expect to hear back from him. I have never experienced such worthless customer service. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER SERVICE AROUND EL PASO AS YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some of the welds look like they were done by high school students attempting it for the first time in shop class. IN FACT, SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY A WELDER AND DO IT YOURSELF. You'll have less heart ache than dealing with Bobas welding. I pride myself on being a stand up citizen and all around decent person. I will make updates to this review if their are any changes or if the situation is made right.

As soon as he left, I started to run a wash and to my surprise the water didn't drain. Exactly the same situation. Called him and he came back, ran more tests and he said it was the main board. He wanted more $$ to order the part. I reminded him that I had asked if he was sure about the other part and he had said "yes".
