He came out, took the dryer apart, cleaned it, and put it back together. In doing so, he thinks he removed with a vacuum some stuck items that got into the drum and potentially caused the issue. All else looked in good working order. As he couldn't definitively say he fixed the problem, he waived the minimum fee without my asking and charged me zero for his service call. I even offered to pay the $65 minimum but he refused. Based on this experience, you should feel confident he will be more than fair with you.

Last month, the dishwasher stopped working and Mike diagnosed the problem, sourced and then replaced the water valve at a fair price and we were back in business. This past week, water stopped flowing again and we feared valve failure or something worse. Mike was at our house the next day, on time and within 10 minutes of arriving had diagnosed the problem (I learned a little trick to fix it, too) and had the thing working perfectly again. He could not have been kinder and wouldn't take anything for the service. I am a customer for life and will recommend Hot & Cold to anyone. Thanks, MIke! Sincerely, Alan

He arrived and fixed my refrigerator in 30 minutes, a little expensive for me, but it definitely beats having to purchase a whole new appliance. My refrigerator had stopped cooling and I had not notice the temperature was dropping till two days after, yes once all my freezer items had thawed out I didn't want to deal with the hassle of looking for the replacement and have to wait for shipping etc. As I was already frustrated having to throw everything away. Glad he was able to diagnose and fix all in the same day! Thank you mike for your great service! Definitely recommend.

New furnace, a/c and humidifier. Ouch! Called Franzen and from the time they inspected our old system to ordering our new equipment and getting us in for install, it was just a little over a week. Amazing turn around time and service! Very fair pricing too. Tony worked with our budget and have us a few different options. He explained the various levels of furnace efficiency and helped us choose the right equipment for our house. We ended up going with the most efficient unit and he explained the additional vent pipe that this would require that was included in the installation process. Jason and Trevor completed the install. They were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to talk to my kids and keep an eye on our dog while I took the kids out. It was really a pleasure to have them over working on our house. Very tidy too! Put down lots of drop clothes to protect our carpet. Jason constructed a new plenum for our furnace and his sheet metal skills are really on point! Very clean work. He takes pride in what he does. Same thing with the piping. He figured out how to assemble the new vent piping so that it would be as flush to the ceiling as possible. Excellent workmanship and really excellent people to work with!
