The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

SO i ended up paying 250. i know i over paid a bit but I would rather give it to a guy for his business than these crooks. but wait it gets better so I stopped payment on the check and i called A+ to pay the stupid 79.00 trip charge. they send me the link via text i pay it and i get a confirmation number that i paid it ..... everyday since the PAYMENT (Aug 4th ) they have sent me text messages with an "outstanding invoice". I called yesterday to tell them listen stop sending me this crap. spoke to maria and she said she sees the payment and there must be a glitch in the system i said that not my problem she tells me to "chill... chill" that flew me to the moon. i flip out on her and she tells me to block them so i dont get text anymore. wait what ?!
